I've always hated going to the dentist (I mean does anyone really *like* going to the dentist?) but Tall Pines is truly the best! The hygienists are so knowledgeable and thorough. They make the experience very comfortable. I can tell just from talking to everyone that this is a clinic which is committed to current research and standards of practice - every time I go I learn something new! Tall Pines is doing a great job of keeping the clinic clean and safe during covid. They have changed the layout of the clinic to provide a separate room for each patient; they have air filter machines in each room; they set a timer for 15 minutes after each patient leaves to let any aerosols settle before going in to clean the room; each hygienist and dentist takes a new gown before seeing a new patient. Hands down the best dental office I've gone to in my 29 years. My family has been using this office for a couple years now and have never had any complaints. if you're looking for a judgement free, welcoming dentist, this is your place. The receptionist is always welcoming, and all of the staff are very kind! BONUS: they are GREAT with kids. My son was super nervous about his first trip to the dentist and within half way through his appointment, he stated he wanted to come back there every day! If I could give a 10/5 I absolutely would! Friendly and welcoming environment, staff that make you feel at ease, friendly reception and best of all a very agreeable price range. I regularly get dental anxiety, and the dentists at hand have been more than excellent at putting that to ease. You get careful practice with your mouth, which can be hard to find, and there is a focus on patient comfort that is also equally normally hard to find, especially at any sort of a reasonable price range. Tall Pines is a great dental clinic. The staff there are always very kind and take the time to explain things to you. Nancy, the dental hygenist there, is amazing. She's so friendly and she took the time to give some great flossing tips for when I'm having an arthritic flare up and can't use regular floss. A great place to go - they'll always take care of you and will do just what you need for a healthy mouth - I never have to worry about this clinic recommending unnecessary dental work. Unlike many people who have an appointment with their dentist, I always look forward to my visits at Tall Pines Dental Centre. I am always treated like an old friend one sees once or twice a year. Yet the staff is professional and efficient with my time. I have never been kept waiting unnecessarily or made to feel that my time is less important than anyone else's. I have had dental check ups and cleanings before but by far this was the best and most thorough one. I walked out of there feeling motivated to take better care of my teeth. The dental hygienist did an amazing job and was very friendly and respectful. The dentist was very nice and clear about instructions and tips for better dental care. Highly recommend this place! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They were prepared for our arrival and organized our next appointments as we left. Andrea was our hygienist and she was amazing! This was my 5yo's first visit to the dentist. She showed him how all the tools worked, the sounds they made, and what they did. I've been going to tall pines for over a decade. They have been very good a long time. My most recent visits have been exceptional. The receptionists were lovely and efficient. The hygienists were nice to chat with, were clearly knowledgeable and gave me a proper check up. Dr. Moss has been a good dentist and is good for a laugh.
