Believe it or not, i actually am not management. I know shocker with what i'm about to say: The…read moretownhouses are cute lil places, seems like pretty quiet apartments. Maybe it seems that way since i keep to my own business. Apartments have been cleaned up within the last year so there aren't as many issues (drugs, fights, etc.) Manager is still dating maintnance guy from my knowledge which is awkward but there isn't much us tenants can do about that. Price is great, Interior is great. Singerhill park & Rivercrest park aren't too far (if you're up for a lil walk). The play-grounds in the apartment aren't the greatest quality at the moment but maybe/hopefully that will get fixed/replaced. Along with clearing out the last of those who give/gave Rosewood Terrace a bad name. Truthfully, if you have lower income, and are a parent & want to help make a difference then this is a perfect apartment to move into! Affordable for single parents, school bus stop not far away along with Eastham daycare just down the street, by 2 bus lines to get to work & with more CLEAN parents moving in the apartment will gain respect & get turned into better shape from those of us who want a nice safe clean place for our children =) There are some clean people who have lived here for YEARS (5+) which is awesome! And with our help we can help make it even better =) Lets be proud of where we live instead of making it be known for issues to where it could/will get shut down. Its because of drugs & issues that most section 8 housings get shut down since they become trouble locations & cities/counties dont want that happening.

Free parking was offered on site in a parking lot. I had some older appliances in my unit that I was able to get replaced during my stay as they eventually did function properly. You are responsible for all utilities. The area was very safe. I would walk around the area at night as I worked third shift. Price was also very competitive for the area. Location was nice as it was very close to the 205 freeway. There is a short little hiking trail behind the complex, next to a park, that leads to the Willamette river. As for the negatives, the application process was overall pretty abysmal. The units they show available on their website is rarely updated. If you try to reach the office by phone, it is difficult to reach anybody. I had to spend an afternoon calling every 15 minutes to finally reach somebody. Then I scheduled a phone call for later and nobody ever called me back. If you ever need to reach the leasing office as a resident, it is better to simply walk-in as phone is rarely answered. The complex is definitely on the older side. Units show their age with creaky floorboards, bathtubs, and older appliances. Their is very little to no soundproofing/weather-stripping on the windows or doorways. I could hear everything that happened in the parking lot from my bedroom window, which made sleeping with earplugs mandatory as a third shifter. My unit was almost always extremely cold as lack of insulation/weather-stripping and only baseboard heaters in the rooms. There was a fireplace if you plan to use that. Another small issue, my parking space was about 200 feet away from my unit. It's not a long walk, but just know if you have a lot of groceries or such that it might be a worth investing in comfortable tote bags. Overall, I would recommend this complex to others.

I requestes photo proof and the "damage" was a minor stain on the underside of the carpet I had to squint to see. Furthermore, there are porch pirates galore and very unhelpful office staff. Several times I went to pickup a package and they'd state they couldnt find it until I showed tthem photo proof it was delivered to the office and theh double or triple checked.
