This is the worst telecommunications business on Long Island. The owner is not good. he treats…read moreworkers like crap and is rude to the customer like you don't know anything and only he can tell you what you need at your own home. What kind of person is that. Then one of his workers told me his friend who also worked there for a period ran into some life troubles. The gentlemen asked him to drop his tools back off maybe a mile away and he told the guy he's not a storage facility and he threw his tools out. But he actually kept them and gave them out. Those tools are how someone makes a living in this world and a person who made this guy money didn't do anything to this guy but he was down on his luck and this owner thinks it's ok to do that too someone. This type of things shouldn't happen. That's a real loser if you ask me and if you use this guy and puppet what he does then your just as bad. I hope people see this and take it into consideration. You shouldn't treat people like this especially people that have made you money and are calling for your services to give you money. unbelievabl!

We've been using Maurice and Vani to clean our house for several years. They have always been…read moregreat. They are reliable, honest, and take good care of our home. They are willing to adapt their cleaning methods if there is something we are not 100% happy with. And if there is something beyond regular floors/bathrooms/dusting, they are happy to handle other tasks (for a reasonable additional cost). Beyond doing a good job, they are also warm, trustworthy, and hardworking people who we are happy to support in their small business. We trust them with the keys to our home, which is saying something. And they are great with our dog, too. If I had one critique, it would be that their main focus is general cleaning. They use "regular" cleaning products and elbow grease to get the job done. That's good for 98% of jobs. So, you may need to ask them if you need them to do something different. For instance, to use a bleach-based cleaner to get a white enamel fixture really white again. Or to use a CLR-type product to remove rust stains (they would likely scrub things down really well, making them clean, but not necessarily removing the rust stain). But again, if you ask, they will happily adapt and take care of it. And remember for future times, too. As you can tell, we would highly recommend them. --- [I don't know if it is worth addressing the one bad review I see, because I don't know their situation, but I find their complaint to be highly unlikely. Do they know what their landlord paid for in terms of cleaning? You can pay someone to do a basic cleaning of floors and bathrooms (1.5 hrs work and a low price) or pay a team of people to spend 8-10 hours scrubbing appliances, doing windows, etc (at a much higher price). I'm guessing the landlord paid for the former (basic floors/bathrooms at a relatively low cost), while the tenant expected the latter (all-day scrub-down at a very high cost). I wouldn't blame these honest and hardworking people for that misunderstanding.]
