This was incredible, not only for the food, but also the experience. We came right when it opened,…read moreso it wasn't very crowded yet, but we were lucky enough to get taken to the back and pick out our cheeses with help from the staff. We ended up getting three from Portugal (all different types), a blue from Spain, and a pecorino from Italy. We also got a salad with burrata, as well as a plate of Portuguese ham. Everything was outstanding, but the Spanish blue was the biggest standout for me.
I really can't recommend this place enough -- the staff was fantastic, and the food was even better.
