Since I was a little girl I've always wanted to bell ring for the salvation army and I applied with them at one point and got turned down because of my already busy work schedule but I tried again with Elwood Staffing's help they got me in so now I get to spread Christmas cheer and help earn money to go to those in need during the holiday season in my spare time ! One thing made me give them a 4 star instead of 5. Employers choose how long to pay you through the agency. My company kept me on as temp for 6 mos. (to reduce their fees), that was significantly longer than the 2-3 months I had expected. This delayed my company benefits and pay increase. (Typically you are only paid a small fraction of what the company pays the agency, so I was open to the idea of a lower pay during the temp. process, since the staff assured me (correctly) their actual hiring salary was in my range...). I ended up in a great company with an out-of-state headquarters. The placement process made the hiring process easier for my out -of-state interviewers and gave me access to a wonderful company!

They placed me on a job and every time you need to talk to them they never answer the phones or call you back. They don't give a shit about the people working for them. Nicole, Jessica and Ellen should all lose their jobs. They keep people working for them after they constantly call in right when their shift is suppose to start so when you think you get to go home the last minute you find out you are working a double shift. Other employees can be late, sleep on the job, not do their job when it's a simple job in the first place. They keep the employees that are always causing problems with others. The will call you on a Friday and tell you your schedule is changing as of Sunday. Hmm have some respect ladies!!!
