I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The employee was super helpful when I told them about my sizing issue. Thankfully they had a size down in the pretty purple color I needed. I tried them on and yay they fit. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing.

If I could give this place zero stores I definitely would. I was visiting in Oklahoma City for the…read moreweekend and thought I would stop by since this store was recommended to me by a friend. While they did have a good selection of clothes from various designers I was very disappointed in the sale ladies lack of customer service and constant judgmental stares right when I walked in the door. I was dressed down in athletic clothes so I guess their only going to acknowledge and help you if your dressed to the nines when you walk in. While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.

Barbie loves the Ross stores because they have a lot of great brand-name stuff and it's cheap and it's going to save you a lot of money over the places that directly are rivals, such as the outlet shops, and even places like Old Navy and department stores and whatnot. Ross and TJ Maxx and Marshalls are all basically the same store but with different names and we definitely appreciate them. Some stores that have a great selection has servers that treat me bad, so I usually give them a two or three, but this one is pretty good on all levels so it definitely deserves a four.

It's not really the easiest thing for a single dad to do. I wish I had the young ladies name that helped us and if I get an email I will edit this post but she was amazing. It was a busy time in the store but she was attentive to everyone in our area of the store while being efficient and fast. My daughter is at the age where she is changing and doesn't really know what style or color she wants while shopping so I'm thankful when I get help from employees like her. The store is significantly smaller than what I'm used to in California but the selection of shoe styles and color schemes was pretty good. I'm sure you can order and have shipped to this store any van you want. Over half of the experiences in Oklahoma that I've had were below average regarding customer service and overall experience quality but not here. I will be back to buy a pair for myself before I go home. Thank you
