We wanted something different: every person could choose the color versus the committee selecting one color. Friendly Artic rose to the challenge and delivered. The price was reasonable, and Zach answered all my questions. We ordered child shirts, adult shirts, and Zip-Up hoodies. Shirts are Gildan and feel comfortable. They also wash well and were true to size, which was listed on the site.

Anyways, for some anniversaries and weddings, I have gone to Costco and bought the highest thread count sheets available and I've taken them here to get embroidered! I have had the names and date embroidered or monogramed on the sheet fold-over-part and/or on the pillow cases. It's special, custom made, and the person receiving the gift feels like you really took the extra time and effort to do this. I just hope they stay together and not tear the nice sheets apart during the separation battle... Cost is super cheap!!!! I paid a little over $20! Quick service! You just go in, place your order, pick your thread, font, and a few days later go pick it up! I've had everybody that I have given this gift to compliment me and ask me where I ordered them from because they want to do the same! ......I guess they DID like their gift....(or were they lying to me??!). They embroider anything you can stick a needle into practically! I had church bags embroidered here also! :)

He immediately emailed and we went back and forth about my interest in making hats for a charity sporting clays event. I submitted my logo design and within a day he had a mockup digitized and sewn up. He then sent me the catalog info to select a hat design. We did all this without meeting. I went over to the shop...busy place full of very friendly folks and finalized my selections. The hats arrived the next day and the finished products were ready the day after that. I could not be happier about the service, ate speed, and the quality of the work. Hopefully the hats will make me shoot better. :-) Thanks Gray

And thank goodness I took photos of the chair when I dropped it off at the warehouse showing the fabric was in perfect condition, no marks or stains. At pickup, the chair was covered in glue and black oil stains. The owner refused to fix it. I tried to take him some material. I tried to talk to him and recorded our conversations. He was rude and told me to sue him since he is retiring at the end of the year and closing. He got in my face and then slammed a door, hitting me because I wouldn't leave and kept asking him to work with me, knowing if I left, that chair was on me. Then, he got his keys and tried to leave and screamed he would back into my truck if I didn't move it out of the way. He was erratic. We finally left and took the chair. I have a damaged chair now that is badly stained all over and has dried glue in the fabric. My proof doesn't seem to matter and he could care less. This is a family heirloom. Please don't let this happen to you.
