When I asked to speak to Mario-he would not let me. When I asked to contact the owner-he told me he would be gone for several days. When I demanded the owners name-all he would tell me is Rick? I believe strongly that this business is scamming college students. Next step BBB. The vehicle was taken to another auto repair and within a few minutes it was determined that the compressor is out and needs to be replaced. We will do business with Cowboy Capital Auto Repair since it is obvious that Kwik Kar Lube & Tune is not a reputable business.

This is a company run by people who truly love cars, and who do their very best to please the customer. It's not all about money with these people, it's more about service.
