I'm assuming it was the owner I talked…read moreto, he was extremely friendly and told me I could come in the morning on Thursday, no appt was necessary. So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low. Explains why my sensor came on. Yes I'm one of those women! Anyway I recommend J's oil change.

I went back to Conrad's, then Lonny and crew quickly checked my tire and valve stem as ok. They re-sealed the tire, and it is now maintaining pressure like the other three tires. Conrad's did this service quickly and at no charge. Lonny was patient and took the time to explain all that was done. Several months after my tires purchase, I am very happy.

I had my truck in for new wheels, oil change, front brakes overhaul and AC fixed. All in it was a…read morebit over $4000. I came in this morning to drop off the new lug nuts. I saw my truck already had the new wheels on it and asked the guy at the front desk (older guy) how they have them on without the lugs. First he told me it wasn't my truck. I told him I know what my truck looks like. Then he said those aren't the new wheels. I told him those are definitely the new wheels and tires. He then proceeds to roll his eyes as I'm talking. I was just curious and it was a legitimate question. I told him his snark and eye rolls isn't necessary. He just smirked. Also the service in general is pretty bad. They had my car for eight days. I called this morning to see if I could wait for my lugs to be put on since I need to take an Uber there since I'm without my truck. I was told by Brian that I couldn't wait. So I drop them off and Uber back home. When I get home they call me to tell me that my car is done. So now I have to Uber back. So $50 in Uber fees and a total waste of time. On top of that I get nothing but a garbage attitude from the old man at the front desk (who a tech told me has many complaints already) and they have my truck for eight days. We will never be back to your shop. The service is subpar, overpriced and some of your employees are garbage at customer service.

They didn't put parts back on our cars on two separate occasions. They lost my husband's coolant…read morecap (a $100 product for his make/model car) and never reattached my splash guard (also a new and over $100 product for my make/model car). These parts were discovered to be missing at later service dates. This was working with Danel as the safety head both times. They discovered that they were the ones who last exchanged the coolant on my husband's car. Not only was the coolant cap missing, but he had no coolant in his engine after the previous service and was driving around with no coolant. They realized this huge mistake did not refund him, offer a replacement or discount, and told us to "go to the nearest AutoZone immediately". The part was literally over $100 and they did not have it in stock at 3 separate AutoZones. I came back months later and they had my splash guard...but never called me or told me they had it!? Also, when we called they said the manager would be in the following day and was not when I came to collect my splash guard and get it re attached. Serviceman Mark did not reattach it correctly and it came down on the turnpike and was dragging on the road and we had to rip it off at an emergency stop. These were not two separate egregious mistakes. Horrible customer service. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. Would give zero stars if I could.

I…read morefound out about him through a Corvette forum I belong to, and I don't trust just anyone with my Vette, but my go-to guy wasn't available and I needed an oil change before storing it for the winter. The thing is, with a wet sump oil system, I can't take my car to any Joe Shmo oil change place and I've even been advised to avoid dealerships; these guys don't know what they are doing. The car has to be running for so long, the temperature has to be just right, all of these variables have to be met before changing the oil. I decided to take a chance on Mangol's because the reviews were incredible. I was so pleased when I called; Rob was very kind, got me right in, answered all of my questions when I was there in person and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!! I TRUST HIM.

We took our daughter's car in because her air conditioning stopped working. They said it need a new…read morecompressor and it cost $1200 to repair. The car was running fine and no warning lights were on. After they repaired the air conditioner, two miles from the shop, the check engine light started flashing. They said it was safe to drive, and to bring it back in. It isn't ok to drive a car that is misfiring, so I had it towed to the shop. They then said it needed a new knock sensor $90 and replaced that. Then all sorts of warning lights started flashing and they said it needed a new ABS Pump & Module $1289. At this point we were hamstrung and reluctantly agreed. Roughly $3500 later, on the way home again the airbag light went on and the fasten seat belt light started flashing. At this point I wouldn't trust them to open the car door, let alone attempt to fix anything ever again. Lesson learned, don't take your car to Mangols.
