I have gone in today to put on my summer tires for the third season which were fine in November…read more2023. During process of replacing they broken 1 tire and bulged 2. So they had damaged by over inflating and through poor handling (I saw technician banging the tire damaged with a hammer) 3 out of 4 tires. Then they offered to put back my winter tires free of charge but they would not do anything about the damaged tires. Since I have to travel to Montreal on Monday I had to buy new tires. Which they over charged me 50/tire (http://blacktires.ca 101/tire - goodyear eagle 15 inch). I came in for 260 CAD work and ended up paying 945 CAD. I am very disappointed with service I have received.

I took my car there today for a second opinion on some work that an Active Green + Ross recommended was necessary, about $1000 worth of work. As soon as I told the owner the story, he walked out to my car right away popped the hood and checked the things they recommended. He said none of the things they recommended were necessary and to save my money. He assured my I had nothing to worry about, and I wasn't charged a thing for the consult. These guys truly know the meaning of service which is very rare these days. I will definitely be using Bowen's for oil changes/service/repairs in the future.
