They offered a pick-up service since it was going to be difficult for me to get the bike to the shop. Bernie came to my house and picked up my bike. After about a week, he called back to let me know my bike was ready to be picked up and ridden. I fully expected to have to pay for replacement parts, but he was able to get the bike going without additional parts. I like that they diagnose what is wrong instead of simply parts swapping. When I went into the shop I asked if the oil needed changing, if the battery was bad, or if the chain needed work - all three areas where he could have made additional money. Bernie was honest and told me that all three of my concerns, and my tires were all in good shape and didn't need repair. I also let him know my concerns about fuel going bad, so Bernie offered me a fuel additive that will help keep the bike running in good shape.
