Unimpressed. The system switches - and lack of attendant care to the front/back of car w/ brushes - means you leave with a car that's still dirty. Also, IMPOSSIBLE to get any customer support on the phone to help w/ receipting issues (I'm a business owner and this is important). Unfortunately, will be cancelling our service for our vehicles. UGH. West Plains deserves better. Goofy that the system shows me from the west coast, but technology ain't all it's cracked up to be some days I suppose. read more

A hole host of issues went thru it today at 11:30 am and we have the membership so we got into the appropriate lane so they were signing up somebody for a new membership in what's supposed to be the fast lane which made it take an extra 15 minutes no big deal that's were it starts they have big sign saying good news you no longer need a hand scrub to get your car clean we noticed the vehicle is in front of us is not in the track the gentleman directed us to pull up so we did he directed us to follow the directions on the board you know car in neutral hands off the wheel etc exactly what we did so the car wash started moving us down the track and sure the vehicle in front is stopped and the car wash pulled us right into the rear end of the parked vehicle again and again until horns started blaring and it shut itself down the the attendant told we were supposed to be in neutral and we let him know we were and that other car in front was off the tracks got that resolved and finally got out of there but here it comes you gussed it the car was still dirty glad you saved money by firing the guy with the brush and the bucket of soap read more

They are terrible.. the attendant waved me in. As I started, I noticed no water, continued on, no soap. Then the scrubber that washes the front,hood,windshield and top was stuck and not moving. After honking and then finally getting out of my car, the attendant manually had to move the scrubber. I literally had to drive out of the bay. Went inside and was told the manager wasn't in at that time. Gave a phone #which no one answered and a link to their main office. I emailed them the problem and just got a response stating they cannot refund my money because it was a single wash. Also, there was a gentleman in the office when I went in and he had a problem and wanted a refund and was told to come back when a manager was there. So, please be very careful of this place. I never had a problem when it was Take 5. HORRIBLE service. read more

Our car was damaged last month, and we cannot get anyone to contact us regarding reimbursement for repairs. We even have an incident report completed by an employee who was there that day - that states the damage was caused by "improper tunnel conditions". Their "customer service" phone number just has the option to leave a VM (no human). The local 417 area code number says the party "isn't accepting calls". We've sent emails and those also go unanswered. We will continue contacting them until we get a response but will no longer be a customer. Very poor service. read more

since they have had a name change the quality has been poor my SUV comes out looking like shit. can't see out the back window since no one pre-washes it anymore! it is poorly maintained! super sad to see this happening! I pay good money to have all four of our vehicles on the plan for crappie service and dirty cars! read more

This is a really wonderful carwash! Great prices, clean car, the parking lot was spotless, and the service was just so friendly! Even though it was super cold outside today I wanted to get my car cleaned up after all the bad weather we had had put mud and muck all over my van. And I have to tell you, this was for sure the carwash to go to and get that done! So glad I stopped by!! Would absolutely recommend this as the best place to go! read more
