Let me ask you this...DID YOU EVER FOR 1 MOMENT THINK OF YOUR LIFE BEING IN DANGER IN A CAR WASH??? THINK AGAIN!!!! I never once thought of anything other than a clean car & a few moments away from the outside world. Then came MAY 9th 2022..I went in for a car wash that was overdue was going through the wash cycle pulling slowly toward the car dryers. I noticed small pieces of what I thought was ice flying at and ricocheting off my car. ( YES, I too wondered WHY I THOUGHT ICE) ANYWAY, I realized my thought process was absurd as I was looking up trying to figure out what was happening . I began hearing loud noises that sounded like gears grinding on a car. It quickly occurred to me that what I thought to be "ice" ( smdh ) was this blow drying getting ready to unleash the remainder of itself toward me vehicle. In the fear that took me over, I exited the stall as fast and safely as possible. Just as the front of my vehicle had pulled out of the stall the remainder of the dryer exploded shrapnel in and around the entire stall( literally ricochet EVERYWHERE ). I got of there in complete shock, having a panic attack while checking on a guy and his dog that were just missed by the event that just happened. I made sure that they were both okay , I pulled around front and called the number on the door because they were closed. I left a message or two and then we checked out my car. The smaller metal pieces chipped into the paint down to the metal from the hood, mirrors down both sides of my vehicle,which really sucked! I then called my insurance agent to leave a message before leaving Mudbusters... The next day I got a call from, Aaron Evans, the owner of Mudbusters. He acknowledged that he has cameras inside the carwash that faces into each vehicle. He acknowledged that he saw EXACTLY what I said happen on this video right down to the look on my face as I realized this was NOT ice but a large metal blower blowing apart. He even asked if I wanted to see the video which I declined because I kept reliving this horror!!! He wanted me to meet him at the business during his schedule as he was coming from Missouri. I was not able to meet him nor did I want to go back to this place that could have cost me my life! ( SERIOUSLY, DEATH BY CARWASH WAS NEVER A THOUGHT Until that VERY DAY! ) I tried to file claim with my insurance who advised me that it was MUDBUSTERS the was responsible for damage. I had been in contact with Aaron and I wasn't feeling comfortable and things then took a turn for the worse. When I requested his insurance information he got rather nasty. When I continued to request it he became defensive and when I sent him my repair estimate is when he became rude and accusatory calling it "ALLEGED" damages... after weeks he texted me his agent name( L7Z DOTY ), who was never going to answer, then I spoke to a Stefanie at this place ( SPECIALTY RISK INSURANCE ) who said she'd call me back. After a couple more weeks of NOTHINGNESS, I called again and was immediately sent over to AUSTIN, who before I could give him ANY information, told me in a STURN RUDE voice that They were denying my claim due to the "EVIDENCE " and he hung up. WTHF was this?? Never ever had i heard of an insurance person NOT ASSESSING DAMAGES OF A VEHICLE INCEDENT. I'M New to Arkansas and I am still shocked by the entirety of this. I had to file a claim with my insurance after all who in turn will have to go through subrogation and if the fun wasn't quite enough, MY INSURANCE premiums went up.. SO AGAIN I ASK: DID YOU EVER FOR ONE MOMENT IN TIME CONSIDER THE POSSIBLITY THAT YOU COULD BE KILLED IN A CAR WASH? ( EACH STALL HAS 3 DRYERS, THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 9 DRYERS (3STALLS) ONLY 1 DRYER BLEW UP ON MAY 9th LEAVING 8 MORE DRYERS TO POTENTIALLY BLOW UP ON YOU & YOUR FAMILY..Just think about that for a moment would you? NOW imagine being blamed and having it IMPLIED THAT YOU ARE A LIAR even Though AARON EVANS of Missouri has Video of EVER PERSON THAT GOES INTO HIS CAR WASH. Can you wrap your head around ANY OF THIS?? Neither can I YET THIS IS INDEED WHAT HAPPENED TO ME & MY VEHICLE.. I still am in fear of going into a car wash!! Still having flashes to those moments and still in shock for the way I was treated after this incident. The car wash that did this didn't even clean my car, leaving streaks in the shape of the washing fibers, then BOOM!!!! EXPLODES the fan!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING INTO THIS CARWASH!! THERE ARE NO MAINTAINENSE REPORTS THAT WE ARE PRIVIY TO & good luck getting the truth from these people that DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAETY!! The risk is on you, so do your due diligence and reconsider this wash until they repair EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT & Make it public FOR OUR SAFETY!! read more

I use this car wash frequently. It's always clean, full of soap and is maintained, as it should be. The reason for 3 stars : Cost for wash cycles is one of the highest I've experienced ANYWHERE. NUMBER 1 reason, dryer doesn't even give you the time on post remaining, cuts off with 20 seconds left on clock. read more

This place sucks, went to Mudbusters to wash and clean my truck today, the owner or manager came out screaming and crying like a snowflake liberal telling me I can't put the trash out of my truck In his trash cans, why the heck would you have trash cans if we can't put trash in them, he even had the nerve to tell me to get off his property or he was going to call the police, I welcomed that but left like he asked, went down the road and spent $25 cleaning my truck and using there trash cans, to my surprise no one gave a crap that I actually used the trash cans, I highly recommend that no one go to Mudbusters, I had a Trump sticker on the back of my truck and I'm pretty sure it triggered him, he followed me around screaming at me and I had to ask him to back off or I was going to call the police myself, he has no business running a business, extremely unprofessional, I will never spend another quarter there ever and I have a lot of friends and family that won't either now. read more
