Dealership where my wife bought her car sent us here. Owner was obscenely rude and was very angry. We were sent here expecting high quality professionalism. Went in got my truck washed spent close to $30 after leaving went to Walmart coming out of Walmart was gonna put stuff in the bed of my truck dirt was still in the bed of my truck Went back showed in the dirt in the truck show them where the floors were not vacuumed and showed him where the backseat wasn't vacuumed they said you have to order extra for the bed wash but no explanation about not vacuuming the inside of the truck very poor service very poor customer service like they didn't care hopefully when the new full service car wash at Walmart opens up they'll have better service and possibly faster service then this place read more

I had my car cleaned at Car Care in Mountain Home, Arkansas in November 2019. I paid $25 and the outside was not a bad job, however, they only cleaned the dashboard and Console inside And nothing else. They never did anything in the back hatch area, nor did they wipe down the door panels or anything else. Has anyone ever heard of getting only half of the inside of your car cleaned? More importantly, when I took the car back the next day to show the owner/manager, she was the rudest business owner I had ever encountered. She could have cared less and even asked me if I knew how much minimum wage was. I feel that is not the customer's problem, but that of the owner of the business. My SUV was covered in seat stains and dog hair. Took $150 and 6 hours but it's practically new. They did the best job I've ever seen for detailing. Will absolutely not go anywhere else. The employees were prompt and very nice. Pricing was for a full interior and exterior detail. read more

I cannot say enough about the level of service and care this business provided! I went to this car wash because of a recommendation from a family member. I called ahead and set an appointment for a hand wax on my Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived early for my appointment, I was warmly greeted in the office. After a brief discussion of what I was looking for and my expectations, the team quickly got to work. My car was done earlier than expected, which I have never experienced at other car detailing business! After the car was pulled around, the gentleman that did the detailing spent a significant amount of time pointing out little dings, etc., that he noticed while waxing that he wanted to bring to my attention. It was so appreciated and revealed the care and attention to detail that this business brings to the services that they offer! I will recommend this business to all that I can and will continue to get my car detailed in the future from Car Care when I am in town. read more

Feb. 2017: First visit the attendant was nice enough to explain that the wait time would be at least an hour. So an hour later I returned and checked-in for the "standard" wash and vacuum. The wait was about 30 minutes, but the car that had been very neglected, came shiny and clean. First full-service car wash I had used in at least twenty years....I will return. read more
