The lady went over the monthly car wash options and car wash befits. I did sign up for their best packages on a monthly basis. They were running an introductory $10 for the first month offer. I figured why not try them out. After my car wash inspected my car and I was pleased. I have a monthly service with a hand wash car wash service. My SUV was cleaned well, not perfectly, but I was happy that they did include a tire wash and shine. I inspect my car at the vacuum area and was also please that they had multi purpose and glass cleaners and towels for me to take care of the spots the machine dishes wash well or missed. And to clean parts on the inside of my vehicle like the dash and mirrors. The vacuum suction was exceptional, but this place is brand new sonI expected nothing less. I paid part of my total in cash and then tried to use my card for the rest, but the system didn't process correctly and I ended up losing about $7. I called the owner using the number provided, and although he mentioned he was about 45 minutes away, he was very kind and said it was odd that the issue happened. I went ahead and used another wash station in the facility and finished washing my dogs. Once I made it home, I was genuinely surprised when the owner called me back and told me he had actually driven to the station to check on the issue. I had no idea he was really going to come out, so that truly meant a lot. He found the money and explained that the system requires one payments (cash or card) for it to work properly. I received the lost $7. That level of customer care really stood out, and I appreciate him taking time out of his day to make things right. However, there are some safety and comfort concerns. Unlike other dog wash stations I've been to, this one does not have a tub or any way to secure your dog. There was no tie or locking mechanism, which made it very difficult my dogs kept jumping down and nearly falling off. The area also smelled very musty, and better air ventilation is definitely needed. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the station does allow you to wash with shampoo, blow dry, and vacuum although the vacuum suction was fairly weak.

The employees gave her instructions in filing a claim, and we methodically got quotations for repair as requested; however, the local managers were not helpful nor responsive in communication. Scott McDonald got involved, and what a change! We understand he's from another region of stores of the country altogether (Alabama), but this man knows what customer service is. He was aggressive for us in getting things paid, stayed in constant communication no matter the time of day. He singlehandedly changed our view of this car wash to the point that I even opted to enroll in the monthly unlimited car wash for my car that I keep presentable for work. Despite the unfortunate incident, and the initially poor local response to it, I still do recommend this location for your car wash needs. I would suggest training for their local management to better handle issues like this; customer service is key in an industry like this.

I specifically requested a phone call before any work was done so I could approve the cost, as my son would ultimately be responsible for handling it. However, when I checked on the vehicle later, I was told the work had already been completed without any prior communication or approval, and I was handed a bill for $342. Despite my frustration, I paid the amount to avoid further conflict. Less than two weeks later, the same warning light came back on. I returned to the shop and was told I would be charged another $75 evaluation fee. After explaining the situation, they agreed to recheck the vehicle at no cost. I later received a call stating that the original issue required more work--this time quoting $250. I spoke with Steven Schuler, who was unfortunately dismissive, combative, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He spoke in circles, avoided addressing my concerns directly, and refused to escalate the issue or connect me with anyone else in a supervisory role. Both visits left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. As a single mother trying to guide my son through his first car ownership experience, this was extremely discouraging. I share this so others can make informed decisions--please use caution when considering this shop.
