I'm only giving them 4 stars because I thought their menu was too small as well as their portions. I had a classic medium curry that tasted wonderful and my boyfriend had a korma. We each had a tiny naan (he had 2 because they were so small and were served too early (with the pickle tray). It was a good ploy. The service was good and speedy. In a country where you can get a 3-course meal for €15-20 at lunch time, we both thought it was somewhat overpriced for what we ordered, but they corner the market on Indian/Pakistani food in Angouleme so I guess they can charge what they want. We will be back when we have the craving again, but we aren't making it our weekly Saturday lunch place.
