I have always been on the skeptical side of acupuncture but after my chiropractor recommended it, I knew the only person I would go to - Sabrina Taj-Taj. Her relaxed and positive demeanor released any tension I had upon entering. She explained every movement and action so that I fully understood the effects and results. I wouldn't leave without scheduling my next appointment. One day later and I am already feeling relief from years of pain. If you are on the fence, absolutely visit Sabrina! read more

Couldn't be happier about my acupuncture treatment at Taj-Taj. I went to Sabrina after pulling a neck/shoulder muscle while exercising. I couldn't turn my head without feeling a sharp pain and stiffness in my neck. After three acupuncture sessions over a span of two weeks, I felt great and completely realigned. I had gained mobility in my neck again. This was my first time trying acupuncture and Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. She answered any questions I had and helped me feel 100% again. Highly recommend Taj-Taj for acupuncture treatments! read more

I am very fussy about who I let put needles in me. Sabrina is one of those people. She not only has pinpoint accuracy for the needle points, she gets you talking and before you know it she has found solutions for the things that you didn't even think were a problem. She is quick, confident and can fix anything. The issue with acupuncture is that most people underestimate the benefits, but she will not only help you, she will make it fun! Even if you are only in need of a seasonal tune up or a stress-buster treatment, you will walk out feeling one hundred times better than when you went in. read more

Sabrina is AMAZING! I've had chronic pain for 20+ years and started treating with her about 2 months ago. I have already noticed significant changes in my body and much less pain. Sabrina is amazing! After a terrible dental experience I developed some TMJ problems and reached out to Sabrina to help with them. She started out by giving you fascia work and massage to warm up and loosen your tissues and muscles. She is very intuitive and a magician when it comes to needles. I barely feel anything when she put the needles in. I felt relief and feel energized after! She is also very knowledgeable about the natural and holistic way of living. I am continuing to see my symptoms improve. I highly recommend her. read more

Sabrina Is Fantastic. My husband & his friend said she was the best message they have had. Totally recommend for the deep tissue work.

So so great! Sabrina is hands down the best! She knows what she's doing. She knows what my body needs. And she is such an amazing person with great vibes all round. I am a personal trainer and I lift weights myself 5x a week. Once I decided to give acupuncture and fascia work a shot (with Sabrina) I was hooked! Sabrina has been helping me with different kinds of issues and I've been feeling so much better! Every time I go, I leave so refreshed and energized. With some issues I have still a long road ahead of me, but she had been so helpful already! I see Sabrina 1x a week and it's worth the investment! If you are looking for a place where people know what they are doing, a relaxing atmosphere, and someone who can help you with whatever might be going on, THIS is the place to go! read more

Taj-taj acupuncture is keeping this momma running full steam even when the kids get sick. I have to say I'm a big fan of acupuncture but it has been years since going because I moved and I have little kids. But when they brought home illness after illness and I started getting sick, and not bouncing back as quickly as my kids bounced back, I went to my primary care doctor for blood work. Blah blah blah, no good advice, everything looks fine. So I found Taj-taj acupuncture not too far from my house and booked an appointment. And after about 5 acupuncture sessions, both my kids and even my husband came down with a summer cold and guess who didn't get sick?! Me! I know it was the acupuncture. Sabrina is so great and I highly recommend her. Oh, and funny enough, when I first tried acupuncture years ago, I would tell friends, it's probably more relaxing than a full body massage. But you don't have to pick, cause Sabrina has that magic massage touch you can add to an acupuncture session. Totally worth the time and money. Try it! read more

Hands down she is the most attentive and knowledgeable healer. I came to see her for my migraines, but we ended up treating all of my old and newer "wounds" as well. She is helping me with my shoulder, which I dislocated some time ago and it was bothering me after aerial workouts, as well as my MCL, torn a few years ago, which lost a lot of its flexibility and got in the way of my training goals, splits specifically. She is also helping me open up my hips using different techniques and tools, and I swear, it is working! read more

I'm a pretty active person and with that comes many bumps and bruises. Sabrina has been treating me for many years now and I don't know what I would do with out her. I was recently dealing with plantar fasciitis for 4 mns and tried everything I could do on my own to heal it (Rest, stretching, rolling it, and anti inflammatory meds) and nothing worked. I saw her for 4-5 session and I was healed. I haven't had one issue with it since. A friend of mine has been dealing with this issue for over 2 yrs. She great ‍. The office is very nice and clean and relaxing. read more

Sabrina Needles is the BEST! I have suffered with chronic low back pain for several years due to years of golf and a couple of injuries. Having never been to acupuncture, I didn't know what to expect... but I was desperate. Have been going for about 2 months now and I am amazed at the difference in mobility and pain. I feel like I am 20 years old again. That is a big deal when you are 46. Sabrina has been doing these other treatments breaking up scar tissue and helping to repair or lessen some of the root causes of my back problems and it is working. If you are thinking about trying acupuncture, I only have one experience to relate to you - but for me it has been truly life changing. And Sabrina Needles is the reason. She's the best. read more

I had lower back pain for while now and it comes and goes every now and then but the day I was seeking an acupuncturist this location was open late and I needed something after work right away. Sabrina replied back for a 7:30 pm appointment. The night before I couldn't even bend down to pick up my cat because I was hurting around my lower back muscles. I went to see Sabrina for my Achilles heel pain which had been going on for over a year. Prior to seeing Sabrina, I went through seven months of bi-weekly physical therapies without any relief. So I finally listened to one of my friends to try acupuncture because after all my doctor recommended surgery. Oh heck no! I had several acupuncture sessions and I am happy to say that I can finally walk without pain. Thank you Sabrina for making me a happy camper. read more

I've went to about 5 acupuncturists in my time and out of everyone Sabrina is the best. She has helped me with nerve pain, muscle pain, constipation, stomach pain, stress, leg cramps and more with needles, massage, cupping, and herbs. She has the lightest touch so her needles never hurt. She listens and asks questions that you wouldn't think of as side effects or possible causes of the reason you came in. Recently I moved further north so I am sad I don't get in to see her as often as before but when I do I feel great! read more

I've been seeing Sabrina for some time now. Aside from immediately making you feel comfortable, she is incredibly knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I had acupuncture before and it wasn't the greatest. I was a little leary it was going to hurt like it had in the past. But, Sabrina has such a gentle touch that most of the time I just fall asleep and don't feel anything. The best thing is that my pain levels are starting to decrease and I am starting to see results. Sabrina also is an amazing massage therapist and has been educating me on health and nutrition. She truly is a holistic healer. If you are looking for an acupuncturist and holistic healer, look no further, she's it! read more

I was referred to Sabrina by my boss' wife after I had told her I was having some back and shoulder issues. I thought why not try an acupuncture/massage spot since I already tried the cheap quick fix massage spots but those only mask the problems. From the get go Sabrina was very easy to talk to and she asked the right questions to pin point where she needed to focus her attention. Never tried acupuncture before seeing Sabrina but holy moly! That stuff works! My body responded so well to it, I essentially felt no pain or aches after the first session. She ends with a deep tissue massage and since I have a very high pain tolerance I told her to not go easy on me and She did not disappoint! She has gotten rid of a ton of body injuries and will continue to be my go to whenever something doesn't feel right. read more

I wish there were more stars to give because Sabrina is a ROCKSTAR!! She's incredibly talented. She's so fast and meticulous with her Accupuncture it's painless and effective. You put HOW MANY needles in me? Where? Never in a million years did I think that acupuncture would be for me. But wouldn't you know, my vanity and constant quest for anti-aging (there is nothing "graceful" about it, it's a war) has sent me to what would have been beyond my limit! And I'm so glad I did! I see Sabrina for fascia release massage. At first meeting I was drawn to her personality and impressed with her confidence and professionalism. Make no mistake about it: fascia release massage is tough and can be painful in parts. BUT the difference in my body, my thighs, my arms and back are impressive! I'm able to workout better, stronger and longer. After the Fascia massage I ENJOY a very relaxing acupuncture treatment that is both calming and relaxing. The changes I have felt and seen in a very short period of time are remarkable! I will continue with this treatment and I tell everyone about it. I highly recommend Sabrina. Go see her for a consultation and see how good she can make you look and feel! read more

Had my first acupuncture session ever and I am glad it was with Sabrina at Acu Temps. She explained what she was about to do and why. Like most of us who don't have enough hours in the day to accomplish everything we set out to do I have a tight back from stress and trouble sleeping. She said her treatment would help me relax and she was right. I felt great this morning after a good night of sleep and my back feels much better. Thank you Sabrina! read more

I initially went to a therapist there named Sabrina for stress. Once we go the stress handled as much as I possibly could because of my crazy schedule. I blew out my shoulder. I train like a bodybuilder in the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours a day and let me tell you that Sabrina knows what she is doing and is as professional as can be. I can recommend her enough to all my friends and family. After seeing her... she has already seen my mother and a few other friends. I never though acupuncture would work the way it has on me. I've been in sports all my life and have seen my fair share of chiropractors and sports therapist. I'm 42 and so far up to this point, after a few sessions with Sabrina, I have never witnessed something so effective. She is definitely my go to girl when something is wrong with my body which is frequent since I tweak it in the gym so much and put my body to the test. If you are looking for results and not just a chiro that is going to tell you to come back 100 times, this place and Sabrina is your girl. read more
