The strong foul putrid smell filled my kitchen the moment I opened the wrapping. While the content was still frozen. That was strange and I wanted to clarify the circumstance with kosher4u. So I wrote kindly a question to the support how this could happen. Still under the positive impression after the fast delivery and mostly tasty other products. Yet the response from them shocked me. They obviously didn't care about my ugly experience, they didn't care to explain how this happened and whether this is an exception or a general case. The only thing they cared about was to tell me that they don't give refunds. Honestly I didn't care about the refunds, I didn't ask for refunds, I just wanted to be sure I won't get a spoiled product from them in the future. So I wrote to them again. Explaining that if a frozen product arrives spoiled, it was spoiled before shipping. It had nothing to do with the travel time. So, I wanted to understand how comes that they have spoiled meat in their warehouse and whether I can rely upon never getting a similar experience. I received no answer. Although there were lots of delicious breads from which to choose, my husband was here for the pastries. He ordered three and ate them all in the rain before we went sightseeing in the rest of the city. He devoured all of them in one sitting. Even if you don't keep kosher, it is worth visiting Kleinblatt's. There are lots of items from which to choose, all of which are tasty.

The service was delightful. The steaks came out as ordered and was mouth watering. The wine was kosher and served by the supervisory rabbi and you could tell it was an 60 euro bottle. Now, I was the only one of the group that only eats Kosher meat and Everyone Loved their steaks and appetizers. So much so, they wanted to go back on their own. Whether you eat kosher or not, this place is a great Steakhouse and Mediterranean food. There isn't any dairy products, such as butter or sour cream, but they make incredible dishes. The waiters were very accommodating and pleasant. The decor is very elegant classy.
