This was definitely a "my brother Daryl...and my other brother Daryl" experience…read more June Cusimano (owner) is easily the most honest dog groomer I've EVER met. She told me right up front that she had neither the talent nor expertise to groom my two Bichons. She delivered in spades. Her "wall of shame" should have been my first indicator to RUN. Every Bichon pictured had the same, "hang dog" look with hound dog ears. While she did shampoo, dry, and trim the dogs, it was completely inexcusable that she cut two of my older dog's age bumps, causing them to bleed. June is a very nice person (based on my one interaction with her), but completely not self-aware. I was puzzled by June. She should think outside the bun. Caveat Emptor

I first took my newly rescued dog here 2 years ago, he was scared, growling, thrashing around and was a nervous wreck, I was really scared. She never even so much as FLINCHED when doing his nails, she was so calm, spoke to him to reassure him and never once stopped being sweet to him to try to ease his fears. I have had vets flinch more, words cannot Express how grateful i am for the continued service he receives here. I've been going here for 2 years now and thanks to these INCREDIBLE women my guy has learned that getting your nails done is fun, he looks forward to seeing his ladies and they welcome him with open arms. They make sure he's comfortable and showered with attention the minute he walks in. The prices are incredibly reasonable, the little store is clean and welcoming but the only thing that really matters is how they treat your pet and I SIMPLY CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW TRULY INCREDIBLE THEY TREAT YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBER. THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO TAKE THEM, I PROMISE. Genuinely caring to the core, amazingly patient and incredibly good at what they do..... YOU WILL NOT REGRET COMING HERE. I will never EVER go anywhere else. Thank you ladies for being so AMAZING, I will never ever forget what you've done for Dually, you impacted his life so positively acms at such a crucial time, you made such a difference, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

After having the dog for over an hour in the van, he carried the dog back into the house DEAD!! This was a healthy dog that just got a clean bill of health one month before this grooming visit. There was no clear explanation as to what happened to the animal. At no point did this guy try to get the attention of my girlfriend to get her help even though he was parked 50 ft from the front door of her house, nor did he try to get the help of my girlfriend's friend who was working right outside the van in the driveway. This guy's services are still being offered on their website! This should NEVER have happened. My dog's fur is practically sparkling, I found out that they bathed him 3 times to get all of the gunk out (he loves to explore outside and Mud is his middle name). I dont think we ever had someone go the extra mile like that. I received a text, with pictures, when he was done and the price was reasonable (though it still pains me that my dog's hair is more expensive than my own!). A few hours after we were home, I received another text message. Barb wanted to let me know about a spot that my dog must be scratching or biting at. Not a big deal, but she wanted me to keep an eye on it. I've had groomers before that nicked my dog and never fessed up, so I really appreciated this courtesy. I highly recommend this shop!
