AJ came out and gave me an estimate after receiving my email, pictures, and description of the work needed. He was friendly, professional and polite. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. We requested they lift the canopy higher, but gave them all other discretion in trimming the rest of the trees. They checked with us when done and cleaned up all debris, leaving us very happy customers!
