On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.

For some reason, training her was much more difficult than I remembered. I decided to contact Bark Busters as I wanted in-home training. I knew nothing about the company or their training techniques. Since Lisa Coleman was the closest trainer to me, she came to my home and explained the concept of Bark Busters. I found it rather intriguing so decided to go forward and hired her to help me help my dog, Bella. Lisa has been wonderful in teaching me the proper way to get my dog to respond to me with body language and vocal corrections and commands. She seems to never lose patience (thank goodness) and encourages me with positive feedback and constructive criticism. Thanks to Lisa Coleman I now have a wonderful, well-behaved, happy companion. Bella is a joy to be around, thanks to Lisa. I would highly recommend her, without reservation, to assist anyone who needs help with full training of their dog, or to work on specific issues.
