Don spent the first 30 min (no cost to me) setting me up, showing me how to make the surf wake and the small nuances of his boat. We were a little overloaded for wake boarding as it was hard to get the boat to plane, but the wind wasn't going to play along regardless so we found ourselves surfing which was a real treat as for most of us it was our first time. I am a person that likes to over communicate and understand every last detail. Don and I had trouble communicating around the contract, but that is not a warring. Don had good pricing, insured and a trusted member of the community. I recommend and would return.

We were able to bring on lunch and drinks, which were spectacularly served to us in provided bowls and cups. Service was fantastic! The boat was spacious and comfortable, great for lounging or jumping into the lake. The crew at Blue Water Charter were attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We were able to plug in our phone and play our own music which was such a plus! They also had floats for the water for us! Would definitely return and recommend for a great day on the lake!

They were definitely right, I never spilled my drink! I love that we were able to bring our own food and drinks because I am super picky about both but they had ice and everything we needed on board. The captain, Robbie, was so informative and knew a lot of about the properties and other features along the lake. I spent a lot of my time sitting on the upper deck with him learning about it all. We cruised up towards Incline Village to admire all the houses and coves from the water side. I have been here a lot but had never seen most of it from that side. There are some super cool houses along that route. The 'first mate,' Dana, was super sweet and helpful. She found us everything we needed but knew exactly when to give us space to enjoy. Wether sitting on the front of the boat on the large cushions, on the upper deck in the shade, or in the cabin, it was extremely comfortable. The nice thing about the front is the cushions are so giant multiple people can lay out in the sun, but worry not, when we got too hot we just moved inside or upstairs. I heard you can even book them for longer excursions and would love to take a custom full day trip down to Emerald Bay someday. A girl can dream!

They worked so well together and made our elopement experience a dream come true. The ceremony was amazing and so was the photoshoot. I would do it all over again and wouldn't change a thing. This was a special outing for my daughter and her three college friends -- their only weekend in Tahoe together. We drove 45 minutes to the meeting spot and paid $10 to park. Arrived at the dock 15 minutes early and called Jeff to check in -- straight to voicemail. Minutes later, GetMyBoat sent a cancellation notice. No call, no text, no explanation from Jeff himself. Weather was perfect, and four other boat groups were being picked up at the same dock that morning, so there was no weather-related reason for the cancellation. We did get a refund, but nothing makes up for losing the girls' only chance at a day on the lake. If a last-minute cancellation happens, the least you can do is call your customer directly instead of letting them find out by way of a system notice. Very disappointing and unprofessional -- I would not recommend booking with this company.

Getting the trailer, bikes and gear were beyond easy and smooth. Having never rode a dirt bike myself, I was very excited to get on the trail and see for myself what all the fun way about. Moto Tahoe fully supported my newbie skill level and shared with me all the tricks and tips. They informed us of great trails in the area and answered all our many questions about buying our own bikes once we returned from our day. From start to finish extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!! We found Moto Tahoe and were delighted with the experience. The couple that runs the store are very knowledgeable, and helpful, the bikes are in great shape. They decked us out with a trailer, 3 bikes, full gear, lot's of choices in gear, and basic instructions if needed.
