Gerald and Brad made scheduling our two multi-day rentals completely seamless. We rented a 2015 Cobalt SD from the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village for two days and a 2015 Cobalt R5 from Homewood Marina for another two days. Ian and the Hyatt team, along with Kyle at Homewood Marina, had both boats ready at the docks and made sure we felt completely comfortable before heading out. They carefully walked us through the boats and all the safety instructions, while also offering ice, beach towels, tubes, and other water toys. It was truly above-and-beyond, five-star service from beginning to end. Both Cobalts were exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and performed flawlessly. Fuel was included in the rental price, so we didn't have to worry about refueling or any surprise costs. The pricing is very competitive with other rental companies around Lake Tahoe, but the outstanding service and the quality and cleanliness of the boats are what keep us coming back. We had an amazing time cruising to Emerald Bay, swimming near Vikingsholm, exploring the calmer waters along the West Shore, and seeing Thunderbird Lodge from the lake. We were even lucky enough to see the historic Thunderbird yacht out on the water--an unforgettable highlight of our trip. What really sets this company apart is how genuinely welcomed and cared for we feel every time we return. We highly recommend them to families, first-time visitors, and experienced boaters alike. We understand it was our mistake, but instead of simply explaining the situation, they brought them back to shore, wasting much of our rental time. After that, my wife didn't want to continue, so I went out with my daughter instead. She was so uncomfortable that she kept saying the staff member was going to come back and take us out again, so she couldn't enjoy the ride. Overall, the lack of customer service and the staff's attitude ruined what should have been a fun family experience. They showed no empathy or concern, even though there was a young child with us.
