We get the full review and hands on with Nile on the 27' pontoon boat and then We drive back to dock where Kyle has the other 9 in our party waiting to board . Very professional guys and well setup pontoon boat. We exchanged # so we can call as needed and when returning to mooring. We set off for Emerald Bay just under on hour from dock . He greeted us at the dock on time and we were able to leave quickly and get underway. He ensured we were safe the entire time and communicated well when we needed to do something or not as we were anchoring or docking. The yacht was incredible and easily fit our group of 12 without issue, with amenities like clean private bathroom, kitchen, tables at which to eat lunch, private bedroom for changing, and sun tanning up front or hanging out on the back platform with a ladder to climb out of the frigid Tahoe water. We had a full day trip planned for months and 2 days before the reservation they emailed with the completely wrong pick up location. After many calls we finally got ahold of them and they said they would "check on the depth of pick up location we needed". There were never any changes or confusion on our end. We always communicated the correct location with the company. We never heard back. The entire day next day, just 1 day prior to the reservation, they ignored every single communication we tried (email and 20+ phone calls). Then at 10pm the night before they sent a text cancelling the reservation. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional.
