The starter I ordered of butterfly prawn, did not deliver on this which was a little disappointing. Moving on to main which was balti butter chicken. I liked the flavour but I felt there was not much chicken served. Loads of sauce which was wonderful for the paratha to mop up but lacking in the meat. I felt I had to go fishing around to find the pieces of chicken. Please just give a little more. You don't go to Indian restaurants for desserts. Ok, well I'm not sure if it's better but it's still absolutely delicious. Shoot, that Makhni Dal was really so spicy and creamy and silky and jam packed full of flavours. The Prawn Mapas also. Those spices are seriously special. The yellow tadka dal was still good, but it wasn't quite hitting those notes that the other two were. :) Either way, I was pleasantly surprised by Guglee. I had never heard of them before, and I'm now a big big fan!
