For the three colors, you get a beet, spinach, and cheese dumpling. I believe all of them had ricotta inside--don't quote me. All of them were good, but I may have preferred the beet to the others. I ate my meal about as slow as I could, really trying to savor each bite. The salad that came with the dumplings was much better than your usual side salad with nice, fresh lettuce. It was way too thick and funnily it was very dry (we live across the street so it was out of the container within minutes). Either the oil was too cold or it wasn't swiveled enough - it did not blow up (soufflieren) The Kartoffelsalat was not authentic, maybe a German interpretation or perhaps from the store. Also, who serves a Schnitzel whitout lemon? The gulasch was not quite what I expected - it was not terrible, it was just not the Wiener Saftgulasch I would usually get. There was a very noticeable layer of fat floating in the top. The consistency was quite Gooey - must have been from the cheese in the Knödel. Its more like a stroganoff with old beef bits. Knödel we're okay. A bit heavy on the cheese - pretty much only cheese flavor.
