The guys who worked the truck were pleasant as well. I would get extra sauces and onions free with no problem. Now after purchasing many tacos, tostadas, and the consommé, I'm just not crazy about the beef. It's too fatty for me. I think it needs to be trimmed more. It's my preference. I don't like to eat any chunks of fat and lately when I've visited that's what I've been receiving.
