Didn't get my coffee, with requested cream and Splenda when handed my tacos. Asked for it again and was told we don't have Splenda. Then I get handed coffee with one Splenda pack with a nasty look. Good luck treating customers like that. Salt, pepper and Splenda are a small cost to losing a repeat customer. Being snotty and having a negative tone are a bad business model for dealing with customers.
