Tacos con tortillas a mano: carne asada y pollo
Mirrella B.

I was in the area late in the evening and went on Yelp to see if there was a place open late that had tacos. Luckily, Tacos Palacios was open. I made my way down to check it out. The taco truck was parked at a gas station and had 2 picnic tables for dining. It was really cold outside. The owner, who was nice and polite, was working and helped take my food order. They have a big menu. I saw that they had tacos with handmade tortillas, so I definitely ordered two tacos with handmade tortillas, one with chicken and one with carne asada. Both tacos were delicious. They have a good spicy green salsa. I was still a bit hungry, so I ordered a burrito de al pastor. The meat was flavorful. I didn't realize that the burrito came with fries, but they were inside the burrito. They tasted good. It was my first time having fries in a burrito. The prices were higher than you would expect for 3 items ($22.50), but I think it has to do with the location. I will stop by again when I am in the area.

I will be back! Tacos Palacios did not disappoint for a late night dinner. The taco truck was very easy to find at the gas station under bright lights. I felt safe coming. The worker was very friendly and got to my order right away. There's a long table and seating set-up to occupy while he makes your tacos. Loved the carne asada tacos and the salsa. My cravings are satisfied! This will be my go-to spot for street tacos! I am open to trying their other menu options if they decrease the price point ($13-$15 for a burrito and chile releno is high).

Love this Mexican lunch truck. They are located at the parking lot of Mobil gas station on riverside right across 7/11. They got 2 long tables with chairs you can eat there or take home. The workers are nice people. Food here is great, good quality, never chewy meat. There tacos, burritos, sopes, quesadilla, tortas so far I have tried all does and never let me down. Always the same the same taste never different. There sauces the red one is very spicy and they got 4 other sauces you can use I o it get the red sauce.

We stopped here in the way home from Universal Studios and everything is absolutely delicious!!! They are fabulous. The food is delicious and they cook it to order!!! They have a lot to choose from. If you can't handle spicy they have the best Avocado salsa. The gentleman who work there are super nice as well!

Excited to find a great place for a quick late night snack close to the house. The asada is amazing, and their green salsa is fire.

It's a taco truck parked in front of the Exxon gas station on the crossroads of Burbank Blvd. and Colfax Ave. Their toppings station looked great. I'm talking about thick, hearty, made in house chunky salsas. We got saudero tacos and I believe the single tortilla was also made from scratch. Unlike other tacos, the one corn tortilla was perfect and there wasn't a need for two. They were not stingy with the protein at all and I love that they were hearty and perfectly chunky pieces of saudero. I'm definitely coming back on a night where I'm too lazy to cook or craving some good Mexican food. P.S. their tortas looked insane and I'll probably try one of those asap

The next day I noticed the $12 charge had a second $26.50 charge. I went to the truck that evening and after waiting for 10 mins (had to call their boss) they refunded me the extra charge. I've been to Tacos Fiesta many times with no issue before, and I like the food but this was very suss. Customers be vigilant on your credit card statements.

He said they were very good! I got an asada burrito, which came with rice, beans, and cheese. I was able to add some salsa (they had 3 options) and onions and then have them wrap it up. Overall, I'd say my burrito was okay. The meat had too many chewy/fatty pieces for me, but was seasoned and cooked well. And it was a generously hefty size. 8 tacos and 1 burrito was 36 dollars. Pretty on par with our usual spot. Friendly and incredibly quick service.
