I wouldn't say the "Papa Sauce" is anything crazy, it's essentially thousand-island sauce. Papa Smash's mascot is an instant icon, he's a mix of Bob's Big Boy & Ness from Earthbound. While we were eating, we noticed the waitress constantly staying busy--cleaning tables, taking out the trash, and making sure the dining room stayed clean and presentable. She is clearly a hard worker who takes pride in what she does and doesn't cut corners. That kind of work ethic and attention to detail deserves to be recognized!
