This is the rolled taco plate, I did have the green sauce on the side. It actually comes with five rolled tacos.

Just tried this little place for the first time today, and the food was excellent! I had the taquitos and they were fresh and crunchy and came with guacamole and sour cream pico on top. My husband had the enchilada plate and they were delicious! The server was friendly and welcoming. If you haven't tried him yet get on over there and give him a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The restaurant was really clean and I loved the color of the paint. They had a couple of tv's to watch. Delicious food! The salsa bar was clean and all of them were good. I like spice but my favorite salsa was a medium orange one. It was like creamy and smooth but still had flavor! Our meals were made on homemade tortillas so they were really thick and filling! Someone takes your order at the bar/counter area and then you just sit wherever. The staff who helped us checked in on us multiple times. Will be back for sure!

Let's start off what I feel like is obvious for the Redding area....there isn't a lot of great Mexican food... not a lot of great food in general lol. My first experience at Tacos Las Espadas was nothing spectacular, just take out. I got back to my office and OMG the flavors! I was expecting your typical dry overcooked meats on a sad little tortilla. This was not that. I got one chicken, one al pastor and two carne asadas and let me tell you, these were not small. Each tortilla was piled high with lovely char grilled meat and flavorful seasonings. I was in heaven. The salsa bar was such an added bonus complete with an entire area to pack it all up to go as well. So one good experience..meh? Went back again and omg it was still just as good. You're greeted with the mouth watering grilling meats smell, like animal fat is being sizzled to perfection and you want nothing more than to sit down with a cold Corona and eat tacos all day. 10/10 highly reccommend.

We had dinner there tonight first time. It was wonderful! The meat had exceptional flavor. They have a good salsa bar, and hot chips.

Nothing overly fancy- but it's the type of Mexican food that to me is best. Prices are fantastic- a kids meal is $5!!! My husband and I got a margarita each- him a Cadillac and myself a skinny cucumber. We also split the chile Colorado. My daughter got an à la carte fish taco which she really enjoyed. The chile Colorado was beyond excellent. Good call to split it- massive portion. Service was good, servers were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!!

Allergic to cinnamon but did taste, again quite good and not too sweet. The cream on top was light and fresh. YuM'm! My quesadilla was so good! Quite the meal all by itself (spinach, onions, cheese, mushrooms, and tomato) with sides of sour cream and guacamole. Restaurant was clean, quiet, and service good with no long wait (lunchtime). Giving 4 stars simply because the service didn't match the faces. All seemed somber and/or with a preoccupied mind. Going thru the motion with no real ooomph. I can only hope the chefs/cooks were happier. I'll be back!

I paid a little more than if I would've gotten one of the other burritos and removed stuff than how I did ordering a basic burrito and adding, but I don't mind. The gentleman at the counter asked how I found them. I'm from out of town so I looked on Yelp. Mexican sounded good and they had amazing reviews. It's not super flashy from the outside but there is a sign that says hermanos. Inside is cute and quaint. There is a counter to order, a fridge with jarritos, and iron chef playing on the television. I like it. If you want to sit, there is an outdoor patio. Okay now the food. AMAZING. The Al pastor is juicy and full of flavor. Perfect salt levels. The beans and rice are good. Pico is fresh. Tortilla was nice and stretchy. The burrito was fantastic. Didn't fall apart. However I wish it had one extra field of foil. It's hard to rewrap the leftovers in the one piece of folk. It was dripping a little bit but I got many napkins. Chips and salsa are also included. This is a cute spot for amazing Mexican food. Make sure to stop by!

The rumors are that there were some legal issues and he left and the new owners took over not long after that. Not much improvement aesthetically and hasn't changed in two years or more. I got asada, but added two eggs and guacamole in the burrito, with cilantro and onions for added crispness and flavor. I asked for the tortilla to be crispy on the outside, but wish the fries were crispier. It was $15 for everything, which is a damn good deal, considering the size of the burrito. I'm not sure about the price of a regular Cali burrito, but what I ordered was $15. She even skipped the tip portion (I tipped in cash instead).
