¡The food, the warm and welcoming excellent service and the Mexican ambience interior y exterior pleasing to the eyes and the soul!

The tacos(why would you not get the baja style tacos?) were ok, usually always solid. Theres a few of theeae spots around the hood, ive tried the one on Whittier BLvD. Food is a solid 4 stars, but the cashier has horrible service. I get it it is what it is, but damn girl u getting paid, fake it a little for customers sake lol Taco El Governador was decent, dont think they had that on the menu before. Had a back and forth with the cashier, she kept arguing the tap didint work and I had to insert. It was a charge to insert like bro thats kinda shady. Again it is what it is. Sticking to Tazo Nazo next time. read more

How bout getting them for Zero dot Ninety Nine are you out of your mind ($0.99 in English) Every Tuesday, you get to enjoy some delicious fish tacos for $0.99 all day long. So if you're in the area, happens to be a Tuesday and you got $5 in your pocket...this is the spot for you. read more

Food is good but the waiting and seating the floors are always dirty . Needs more cleaning

So fire!!!!! Get the pastor! They hook it up with the meat and the sides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had the fish tacos at the location in Duarte 1,000 times and there used to be a line out the door. Stopped by this location because my cousin was visiting and she was craving fish tacos. We found out that they have another location. The fish tacos were on point! Perfectly battered. Not too much, not too little. The sauce and salsa combination that they put on top is just out of this world. Sooooo good. They really put thought into their dishes. It's not just doused with white sauce. There was white sauce, then a hot sauce, a Pico de Gallo and all of these with the cabbage and crispy fish were aaaaaamazing. We also tried the shrimp quesadilla and it was really good as well. The caramelized onions along with the shrimp and ooey gooey cheese was delicious. We bought 8 tacos, a shrimp quesadilla, and 2 drinks for ~$30. Totally worth every penny. read more

The seafood is very good, the prices are okay but the service is lousey. Seat yourself! Even if you're eating there, get it yourself. No service. Wow! Place is empty and they still yell out for you to pick up. Also make sure they repeat your order. Oh boy!! (eyes rolling) Best when you pick up and take home. read more

Taco Tuesdays and Thursdays for $1! I believe taco Tuesday are fish tacos and Thursday are: Al pastor, asada, chicken, and carnitas. They have a wide menu with very affordable prices! I love their Al pastor and the chicken burrito. They are very accommodating to diets and have a vegetarian burrito that can be made vegan. The ceviche is fresh and give you a lot so it is filling. This is a chain restaurant taking over East LA and Southeast LA so they have various locations. I believe the Cudahy one is the largest as they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of free parking. Definitely would recommend to check it out. read more

Food is good i like the tacos. It's a super small location, placed gets packed with people. If you are COVID cautious you will avoid here. People do not care and pack inside. Also another reason it's so packed is because they have a major issue receiving orders. Be advised they will not make your order if you order online. The East LA location claims they never receive the order but only because they pay option is "pay at restaurant" They won't make your order until you pay so please don't waste your time with phone orders or the online system. They should either cancel online ordering or add a method of payment other than paying at the location. You will be stuck waiting an hour+ for food. Not worth it read more

Great deal on taco Tuesday. Very friendly. Very clean. Definitely authentic Mexican food.

Came here for the first time and had the shrimp tacos and fish tacos. Both were delicious. Also had a mix tostada de ceviche it was also really good The staff is really friendly and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I like the ambience I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good fish taco or shrimp taco. read more

Their shrimp burrito is huge and so good would definitely recommend it. The only issue is that it is a little pricy and they do charge you for all the little extras you want on your food. The lady's are so nice, and the place is almost always empty but it's I guess not a lot of people know about the place. read more

Legit Baja style fish tacos and more, found throughout SoCal. This is what Ensenada style tacos taste like. The tacos here are delicious. Walked in on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy at all. Walked up to the cashier she was friendly and gave many recommendations. We ordered 6 tacos two sodas and an order of fried for 17$. Highly recommend these tacos. read more

I would not recommend this restaurant. Once you walk in, you need to order your food at register. Prepare to wait due to staffing. Then you find a seat and wait for them to call your number. Ordered tostada de aguachiles, that was ok. Ordered a tostada Mixta and it was not good, it smells very fishy and the shrimp is not even cleaned out. Shrimp tacos are not good the salsa is plain and seems it's been sitting out for days. Tables were dirty and sticky. Save yourself time and money, pick a different restaurant to eat. read more

This place charges you for anything AND everything. Only on Thurs., they have affordable street tacos, the rest of the week, same small tacos are like $2 and something. They charge you additional if you use your credit card/atm debit card, to request an addt'l bag, they charge you, there are written signs throughout the dining area of rules such as don't move the chairs, don't move the tables and more. This is one place where they will nickel n' dime you. read more

This place used to be one of my favorite places to get seafood. However their quality has gone down. I ordered tacos dorados de camarón and they put slices of avocado that had browned already on top of my tacos. I had to remove the avocado from my tacos. Also the rice had absolutely no flavor, just boiled white rice. In addition, the fish filet was also grilled with absolutely no flavor. It was bland even lots of lemon and chile could not make it taste better. What a waste of money because I ended up throwing everything away. The food is tasteless and expensive. Do not waste your time or money at this place. read more
