Terrible experience. Their food quality and service has decreased by A LOT. Not sure if they changed ownership. Stopped there last night at about 9pm to get a birria plate and carne asada fries - $25. There was one couple ordering ahead of me, they had 3 people working inside and it took close to 40 minutes to get my food. The birria plate food was cold, birria had no flavor, i got 3 still tortillas stained with cilantro & onion. Guy asked me if i wanted salsa & he put just ONE green little salsa cup in the bag for both meals. They didn't give any lemon or condiments. It was ridiculous ! take your money elsewhere. read more

This place is simply overrated. The pictures look so GOOD but it felt a little deceiving. The first time my bf and I came here the place said it was open but the building was closed and when we went to the back it was so creepy and dark. This time we tried going again because I kept seeing pics of the birria and the building was closed yet again. We tried to find this food truck and we're so confused but it's on the street around the corner of the wall. There's no signs or anything. I tried calling them as well and they didn't answer. We got an order of asada fries, a birria taco dorados, a chorizo, pollo and Al pastor taco. To summarize everything: the meat had no flavor. Birria had no spice, chorizo tasted like old oil, Al pastor lacked seasoning and chicken STAY AWAY. The chicken was a nightmare. Fries were soft, not crispy. Green salsa was watered down, red salsa tasted of just Chile de arbol and nothing else, guac tasted like pre made powder. The lady who took our order was nice and as a whole everything wasn't insanely bad but the fact that we even had to ask for specific salsas and any other sides/condiments was pretty annoying. There's no way for you to know what they have because they don't have it out or just give it to you. We never got lime or extra onions because we didn't know we had to ask. All they ask is what salsa we want, nothing else. Theres a lot of things this business could do better but right now the food just seems Instagram influenced and not about the actual quality. read more

This is good if you have no other options. For me , this was super salty. It relies heavy on the Tapatio ramen cup. The consome lacked taste. Sadly, mine had only a bit of meat, sprinkles of onion and maybe one cilantro leaf. None provided on side. No rabanos (radish) ,no lemon, not even a pepino. I'm glad I tried it so I know what I'm in for. Honestly it was late night and nothing else was open. Also glad I had lemon at home. Was craving some birria tacos and saw this food truck nearby. Got tacos dorados with and without cheese, a keto taco (which is basically cheese as the shell, which I really liked) and a consome. It was really good except it was a bit salty for me. Also I wished they had some holes on their takeout box because by the time I get home to enjoy these tacos, they are already a little bit soggy. The consome was $3 for a tiny cup, I think I've been elsewhere with a bigger portion but it's definitely a must with my tacos. I don't even know what to rate it yet , they show you a cali burrito on Instagram with hot Cheetos advertising that it basically comes like that nonetheless we go today to get that and my fiancé gets home to take a bite and theirs No Hot Cheetos in the burrito literally ruined her meal as well as mine because of that smh don't ask how or why but I'm sure your specific other gets pretty bothered when their hungry and go to buy something and drive 25 min their and 25 min back to find out you didn't get what they "advertise" on Instagram . Was craving birria and read good reviews about this truck, it wasn't exactly where the GPS takes you but close enough. There was another street vendor across the road from there that had over 30ppl in line. I was kinda surprised to see nobody lined up for the truck. I ordered a carne asada burrito and a birria burrito. The asada was ok, birria was definitely better but I've also had better birria. Maybe the vendor across the street has stolen their business so the love in their food is non-existent. I'm not sure how often the other vendor is there but maybe it's time to find another spot where a truck is much needed and there's no competition. read more

Everyone here is really friendly and go out of there way to make sure you leave happy. Came here on a Saturday night and it was dead. No line which seemed nice but as soon as we interacted with the lady we understood why. Crappy attitude from the lady working here. Ordered what we wanted and paid 34 dollars for 3 birria tacos, 1 birria taco dorado 1 Mulita and a ramen. Upon coming home with the food I opened the foil and started laughing at how small the tacos were. It's horrible lol. Flavor wasn't that good either. The carne Asada fries were tasty but not the greatest either. I'm very picky with my carne Asada fries that's why. But that's just me. They come garnished with nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, cilantro and onion and green salsa. Personally I prefer my carne Asada fries with actual cheese melted on them as opposed to nacho cheese sauce and I prefer them to have avocado or guacamole on them too. I've seen some come with beans too and that's also yummy. If it came with all that bang they would've been 5 stars but instead these are a good solid 3 cus they are still tasty the carne Asada is delicious for sure. read more

I decided to check their food truck out after constantly coming across their instagram. Drove about 25 minutes.. which was worth it. I'm a very picky eater nor do I like Birria because every-time I had it; it didn't taste good. I got there and ordered asada fries with grilled onion instead of raw (just my preference) and a Mexican coke of course. There was a line when I got there so it was a wait but I didn't mind because I like my food fresh. Total wait time was about 20-25minutes but it was a Friday so I did expect that. Got my order and went to my car immediately to feast and then I noticed he gave me a free Birria taco dorado. I wasn't going to eat it because I've been disappointed too many times but I decided to try it and I don't regret it at all. That was some really good Birria I literally devoured it. I started coming to this truck a while back really good tacos but as of late they have been messing up my orders three times in a row I don't understand how orders get screwed up I mean it's just tacos so Friday night my wife was craving it and the last couple of times before they had messed up our orders so we figure we give them one more try and once again they messed up my orders first off there's three people in the truck one lady taking orders and two guys prepping the food it took me 30 minutes to get three tacos I mean you're running a food truck food truck should be convenient and quick but 30 minutes for three tacos I can't understand how that happens second we get home my wife finally sits down to enjoy her tacos and all I said was no cheese so yes they did not put any cheese but they didn't put anything else just plain and dry I did not feel like getting up going back and complaining about it because it was cold and it was already Late as much as I like these tacos I think this is the last time we are going I told the guy working there about my last time how they messed up my order and he simply just said oh sorry about that instead of saying I appreciate your business can I get you one Carna Asada taco or something to make up for that I'm all about supporting small businesses and local businesses but when you continuously mess up orders and have to wait forever to get something quick I'll support another truck elsewhere. there's tons of trucks out there sorry tacos El Sobrino but you've lost my business I gave it three stars because they are really good and it just sucks that they are not organized enough to take care of their customers read more

Food is so good! My fav is the Asada Fries and the Cali Burrito but everything on the menu is good. Would definitely recommend
