Being half Thai, I knew this would have high hopes for great food. Service from the 2 women crew was spot on. The food truck gives you street food vibes you would find in Bangkok. They make every dish to order so it does take a little longer for your food, but it's truly worth it. They even have a couple of awards in 2025 to prove it. I did find out that the 2 ladies would be closing up shop until April as the will go back home for vacation and to visit family. Now for the food...I ordered an array of items to see how the dishes stacked up. Everything was spot on with a bit of a remix. Ordered the larb with pork, pad Thai with shrimp, green curry with pork, pad kra pow w/ pork, pad see ew w/ shrimp, tom yum w/ shrimp, and a Thai fried rice w/ shrimp. My family and friends of 6 basically crushed everything with very minimal leftovers. The portions are generous and pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely be back when I'm back in Idaho to do some spring/summer fishing.

Portions were generous and I was very pleased to have so many veggies and cashews in my dish. They didn't skimp on rice which is a rarity at so many Thai places. I took a small bite and agreed with him. * Sisig - very gamey. Actually, all three pork dishes had an almost pungent pork-taste. I know some people don't mind it, it just wasn't my style. * Turon - good flavor but not crispy. * Ube Shake - hands down the best thing on the menu! I would've loved to enjoy Authentic Taste of the Philippines more than I did. The owners are so sweet. I will say, there are numerous ways to cook the same dish in the Philippines, so just because it's not my favorite, doesn't mean you won't like it!

I only checked "onions" and even added a comment NO cilantro just to make sure it doesn't get missed. I picked up my order and all 11 tacos had cilantro on them. I went back inside to let them know. They took all of the tacos back and told me they would remake the ones that weren't supposed to have cilantro on them. She brought them out and told me it was all fixed. I didn't bother checking a second time to make sure my order was correct. I got home and they shorted me 2 of the no cilantro tacos. Giving 2 stars because the carnitas were good.
