Don't bother coming in if you don't speak English . They'll give you a hard time with ordering

Food was decent and service was quick. I enjoyed the amount of choices on the menu. Gael helped us…read moreout as we only spoke English. Thanks to him for all of his help! This is like a diner and it's very crowded with families.

Wait time was about 10 minutes which they had a full house but still got seated very quickly. Our…read moreserver was a bit slow in taking our orders in which we understood considering the fact that they had a full house but kept forgetting to check up on us. The menu is very simple. For the amount of fame this place has I really thought their menu would have more options. They had enchiladas, sopes, flautas and tacos as well as envueltas. The fillings were beans, cheese, potatoes or an added filling of green or red chicharrón, picadillo, desherbada, papadillo, and rajas con queso. Considering the plates are very simple we believed our food shouldn't of taken so long; we waited an hour long. Later on another server came by to let us know our server was on his lunch break and that he believed our order should be coming out soon. We looked around and many tables around us were waiting on their food as well so don't come super hungry to avoid getting hangry. Their aguas frescas are very Good tried their Jamaica and horchata and was very good in flavor. The ambiance is average amount of noise. They don't have music playing so you just have people talking amongst themselves but isn't too loud. I was personally disappointed considering how popular this place is but I assume it is only because how long this place has been here. The food was good but nothing great. Favorite was the chicharrón rojo if I had to choose one. Wouldn't make my way to come back to this place but if was around and had no where else to eat would come.
