Eating tacos almost anywhere in Mexico is like eating pizza in NYC, every taco is just super yummy…read more We tried the chicharon (crispy pork belly-tender, but crunchy), pastore (rotisserie pork-like a giant gyro, well-seasoned, juicy), gringa (cheese and beefsteak, scrumptious). Apparently this place is so famous that Adidas makes an "Orinoco" sneaker collaboration. All served with chili sauces of varying degrees of heat. Not sure what makes every taco we tried in Mexico (taco Chula CDMX !) extra delicious, but just like NYC pizza, never experienced a bad one here.
