Okay, first things first, they're only open until like 12p and there's always a wait so I recommend arriving early. They only serve birria, a stews beef that is slow cooked for hours. You can get in the form of a taco or quesataco, a taco that had a cheesy outer shell, and you can add consomeé, the meat juice you dip your tacos in.
Con todo, you get beans, onions added and let me tell you that's what you want.
I ordered both the tacos and quesataco and added the consomeé with meat. The quesatacos came with meat, beans, onions, cilantro all on a cheese covered handmade corn tortilla. Add some marinated onions ( careful they had habanero pepper for a kick) and you're set. The tacos are your typical street taco, but the tortilla was so soft and fresh, unlike sometimes you get them chewy like they've been sitting around all day.
I have never had tacos taste so good ever. Everything from the meat to the tortilla, the flavors are unforgettable. read more
