Finding decent Tacos Al Pastor in Querétaro can be a daunting and weary endeavor, that is if your…read morepalate has been spoiled by Mexico City's Al Pastor tacos. You will find many taquerias in Querétaro, nearly all of them offering Tacos Al Pastor, but only a few are able to offer a good-tasting taco, and even less will amaze you with their mastery in building their trompo, both in shape and flavor. These guys have their Al Pastor figured out. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced seasoning, juicy, and a bit crispy, the Al Pastor here might be a contender for the best in the city. Try it as a taco, or in quesadilla or gringa form if you enjoy hot and gooey cheese. Their tortas, as simple as they may be, are also tasty. In short, their Al Pastor is great delivered in every form. The other meat options on their menu are fantastic as well. The tripa is great in taste and texture, which has become a rare sighting in taquerias. The suadero and cabeza are also delicious and great options to accompany your Al Pastor and elevate your taco count. The service is also incredibly fast; even on their busiest nights you'll be able to get your tacos in less than a couple of minutes, and you can count on them being very busy on most nights. This is a great taqueria in this part of town, definitely worth trying once or twice or thrice.

The food is yummy and the drinks are cold! The Jamaica wasn't too sweet. I like it no sugar but this was much less sweet than some other places I have had it. I love Mexico! It's my home away from. I'll definitely come back. My daughter absolutely mopped her plate clean and then jokingly said she didn't like it. ¡Me encanta México! Es mi hogar lejos de. Definitivamente volveré. Mi hija limpió absolutamente su plato y luego dijo en broma que no le gustaba. Jaja

At first glance, the vertical garden will enchant you and the rest of the restaurant will warm you up with its cozy design. My family and I had some trouble picking the right dish, so we went ahead with the "Menu para probar" - or a set of 8 dishes to try. We were marveled by the 4 moles, especially the white mole or "mole de novia" for it had a flavor close to italian fettucine sauce, but with a very Mexican heart. Don't forget to get a mezcal (or two) to accompany your dishes. For the little ones, we suggest you try the Piña Colada/Cocada. (In Mexico Piña Colada is not necessarily an alcoholic drink) Leo
