Their quesabirria taco with consommé was everything I look for--crispy, rich, deeply flavorful, and leagues above the consommé I've had at other taco spots. I came back a week later for the quesabirria dinner, and honestly, it was even better in person. I would like to say I am a margarita connoisseur, and while I'm usually not a blueberry drink fan, I was talked into trying their blueberry margarita. Skeptical at first, but it won me over, just the right amount of blueberry without being overpowering. Surprisingly good! The vibe here is relaxed with TVs and music, and service was fast and friendly. I also learned from the owner that Tacos 2 Go has been under new ownership for about a year, even though the name stayed the same, and wow, you can taste the difference. The shrimp were excellent plump and meaty in a zippy sauce laced with garlic. The rice was a great compliment, while the salad gave a nice fresh crisp element to the meal. Overall an excellent meal and a great dinner. El Mana is a great place to get some excellent Mexican food at a reasonable price, portions are generous, flavors a big, bold and straightforward.
