She told the worker who notified the same manager I approached about my dry patties and he was filling a drive through order kids meal. And I witness this same manager aggressive snatch up the kids fry and slam it on the lady's tray that was telling them her large fry looks like a small. I made two carne asada tacos and could not finish my meal because it was not good. Wherever they get their meat from they need to change providers as it is not a quality product. I travel a great deal which means I eat out a lot. I never rate restaurants because most try to serve a great meal but this evening this restaurant fell way short and their 4+ rating is not deserved! I hope people will understand that for me to publish a negative rating is significant as like everyone who goes out to eat deserves a great meal experience and this restaurant did not deliver this evening. I ordered the Arrachera Mexicana - only because the whole fried fish was going to take twice as long they said (code for, needs to be thawed out.....). The dish was fantastic, and far exceeded my expectations. They included some chips and salsa, and were as good as any I've had anywhere. The lady up front was polite and kind, and overall it looks like a great place to eat (just not on Saturday night!). I would go 5 stars, but there is still a large discrepancy between the website prices and the menu prices. Perhaps they're upcharging to pay for the website, but I'd prefer they add a convenience fee like most places do, instead of making everything confusing between the ordering on the phone vs the website. Or at least a note why the prices are so high online!
