They are very much open for business, to go & dine in. There was plenty of ample parking. I was greeted upon entry and served chips & salsa...both tasted fresh and delicious. Told my server what I was hungry for and she suggested several plates. I ordered Steak ala mexicana Taco & a cheese enchilada. Taco on flour tortilla was generous helping of tender beef and mix of tomato & jalapeño. Cheese enchilada, OMG, just light a match to it and would have become "queso fondido"...thick cheese and bits of shredded carne guisada in the mix... by far "The Best" cheese enchilada I have had in years. The Staff here is very cheerful, friendly & knowledgeable of menu. Worth the trip here and if you live nearby, hope you get here soon! "Viva El Rodeó" !

She helped with selections and informing us of the specials. I went with the 3 tacos special and I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The food was amazing! I don't often use that word lol but I didn't even need to add any sauce to anything. That's definitely a plus for me. I couldn't grant it 5 stars due to instead of a quesadilla I received a chicken taco. I wasn't disappointed honestly because the food was great. Nice job crew. I will definitely be coming back Happy Yelping

We had 4 different items and everything had really good taste and flavor. The chips and cheese were good, and there was a salsa variety because the cheese had no spice to it. If you want something quick and taste along this stretch of highway I would recommend this location.

Complimentary chips & salsa were served, salsa was good, chips a bit too greasy. I decided to order the lunch special of the day , Chicken Fajitas. Lunch special included the iced tea. The fajitas were good, except was more like sautéed chicken. The rice was a little bland, however the charro beans were excellent! Over all a pleasant first time experience at a value price. I will certainly return to explore more of the menu in the future.

I ordered their barbacoa plate with homemade corn tortillas. I am picky about my barbacoa and I've had bad barbacoa and this barbacoa was close to perfection as it was spiced to perfection and not even close to being stringy or dry. My over-easy eggs were also cooked to perfection. Plus one ordered her usual migas plate and exclaimed that this plate was also fantastic. There was enough food on her plate to easily split and it was a shame that even with my assistance we could only finish about two-thirds of the serving. Service was on point as we never lacked water or coffee refills. I also liked that a variety of sauces were provided with our meal. If you find yourself in Kenedy go where the locals go-to Taqueria Los Potros de Jalisco for a marvelous breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
