24 hours LA taco spot with lots of parking but can get busy. Stations are organized well. They…read moreaccept card, tap, and cash. Starting with the taco ordering area. They have giant al pastor spinning but most of the meats are already cooked in the metal tins. One potato per order now. The meats were tender with asada being my favorite here. Brisket is also good if you prefer a fattier meat. They have sauce station with different spices. Grilled onions, raw onions, and cilantro to your liking. Another booth sells drinks. I got the horchata and tasted pretty standard. Great place to take someone to try out LA tacos.

I'm picky, but Ave 26 delivers every single time. It's super affordable, open 24/7, and there's always plenty of parking, which is a huge win in LA. Plus, it's honestly one of the best spots in town for people-watching while you eat. Let's talk favorites. My absolute must-order is their al pastor burrito with everything. It comes loaded with tons of smoking hot, perfectly seasoned al pastor meat, melted cheese, and incredible flavor. To top it off, they have a solid lineup of tasty salsas and spicy condiments to customize every bite just how you like it. Whether you're wrapping up a late night out or looking for the perfect spot to celebrate after a Dodgers game, Ave 26 has got you covered. Get out there after the win and grab a burrito -- you'll thank me later.

Amazing tacos in the parking lot stand thanks to my LA local friend for bringing us. This was my…read moresecond time going and I was heart broken to find out that they had run out of suadero. Nonetheless, the pastor was still amazing and it's great that they add copious amounts of meat on there. The various toppings and hot sauces are also very delicious, albeit the light orange mayo looking sauce is SPICY and unassuming...beware! Light green avocado looking sauce definitely saved my life. My friend also got a burrito and I heated it up the next day to enjoy and it still tasted awesome. My review might be slightly skewed as Mexican food is depressing up in Canada so any semblance of authentic Mexican food gets me going. I will have to return to LA soon...just for the tacos here.

I do like how they grill their meat though and they use the tortillas to scoop up the meat on the grill. Thought the al pastor was a bit salty and the cheese did not add much flavor to it, but that's probably a good thing considering the saltiness of the meat. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. Ambience is very casual and it's a stand while eating type of situation. Service was quick.
