We came here early evening on a Friday night and sat at the bar. The bartender Alexis was great. The food is where it took a turn. The queso was like a big cheese ball not melted at all. She got us a new one. We got a buffalo wrap.. I didn't have half the ingredients in claimed it would and was drenched in buffalo sauce like you add to re wrap all the ingredients back in it yourself. This is my third and last experience with this Taco Mac. The first two were not good and this one was the final straw. We waited 15 minutes for dirty glasses of water. Once we put in our appetizer order we waited another 20 minutes. Then we waited 20 minutes for the server to tell us our food still hadn't been put in. I paid for my appetizers and left. 4pm - 3/15/26 We went to Taco Mac in Newnan, GA for dinner today and were seated right away, which was great. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. After being seated, we waited and waited for service. Multiple servers walked by our table--some even made direct eye contact with me--but no one ever stopped to greet us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge that we had been sitting there. After about 15 minutes of being completely ignored, another server made eye contact with me and then immediately turned around and walked away. At that point, we decided to get up and leave. It was disappointing because the restaurant wasn't overly busy, and it would have taken just a moment for someone to say they'd be right with us. Hopefully this is something management can address, because no guest should feel invisible after being seated. read more

Stopped in at Taco Mac in Newnan and had an awesome experience. LINDSAY provided absolutely great service from start to finish--attentive, fast, and friendly. OJ has the best personality in the place, keeping the energy fun and making us feel welcome the whole time. I would NOT recommend delivery. We literally ate (dine-in) here yesterday and it was good. My husband talked about the roasted wings ALL DAY. I ordered the exact same thing for priority delivery, only to get cold, dry, tasteless wings. It's always this way when you order to-go. Neither UE or the restaurant website had roasted wings on the menu, so we defaulted to regular wings, which I've never eaten in the 10 years I've been patronizing TM, BIG mistake. They need to have better PACKAGING for take out and delivery. This will solve half of the problem. There seems to be NO care for quality at this restaurant. They never get take out orders right, EVER. Hardly any sauce and cold is definitely not worth the $43 I spent on 20 wings. read more

This is our go to restaurant when we visit our daughter and her family in Newnan, GA. Their margaritas are delicious along with the tremendous variety of beers and specialty drinks. The roasted wings are my favorite alongside their Philly egg rolls or jalapeño bacon rolls. From dry rub, sweet heat or my favorite classic Cajun Voodoo Magic for the wings it's hard to find anything I don't like. Looking forward to our next visit. 5 stars all the way. I ordered online and the item I received was incorrect. The Manager I spoke to was remissive and said the menu might be out of date. I received my wings and trashed them after trying to eat like three out of the 20 I received. I ordered the Mango Chili dry rub and clearly received a wet sauce with green chives cut as a garnish I assume. Circle back around, I remember you all back when you opened in 2005 and you all were stellar. Bottomline, this location is not what it used to be and just sucks quite frankly; I will not return and it sucks because I see this restaurant close on its current trajectory. Lastly, many other concepts are excelling far faster than you all when it comes to the Sports Bar/Craft Beer/Gourmet fried wing appeal. read more

Had to wait almost a hour for our food and then it was not hot. Though they took $6.39 off our bill that was $138. Haha

We've eaten here multiple times over the past few months and the food and service has been great. Their brussel sprouts are really good, if you're seeking a healthier alternative to fries or chips. My wife was disappointed that the ranch wrap has been removed, but we're hoping it makes a come back. Thanks Taco Mac for changing your menu and service. As someone who works directly with draft beer, I've grown to become fond of Taco Mac and their business model, but Newnan takes the cake in terms of best ambiance and service of the many I've visited. As a avid beer drinker, but not one who enjoys extremely hoppy selections (such as IPA's and Pale Ales), they always have a wide selection of lagers, pilsners, sours, and everything else in my wheelhouse, and for a good chunk of my visits, Madison and Cheyenne have been my bartenders and done a fantastic job! This location is constantly clean, the food is always timely and fresh, and the staff genuinely seem like they enjoy being there. As I climb the ranks in their in-house loyalty program (Brewniversity), I hope I hit all the major accomplishments at this establishment! read more

Amazing wings...ok that goes without saying..the entire staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. We tried the nachos and the pretzel bites. I noticed that all the employees seemed to work well together, they all seemed to be moving with purpose, busily serving drinks and food with smiles. The food was what you would expect at Taco Mac. I could spend my entire day here. The atmosphere and the staff are relaxing and absolutely delightful at the same time. The noise level and lighting, the guests, its just right. The food is delicious and portioned for longer stays. The beer is what actually got me to pull out my phone. The selection is huge and perfect for beer enthusiasts. It's obvious that they must have ran out of the correct size to go boxes and decided to just take off the bottom layers of the cake. They thought it was okay to charge me full price for the top two layers of the cake that are messily throw in a box.. it's just poor service, next time just 86 the item instead of ripping off your guest!!! read more
