Been back here twice since the 1st time (couple days ago)...no regrets! If you're looking for Street Tacos this place is Legit. There are no big frills or traditional Mexican decor surrounding this place inside or out, they just serve Bad Ass Tacos with a side of grilled onion and freshly chopped cilantro & limes. We ordered: Beef Fajita Tacos: meat is chopped up and served in double-back corn tortillas (all the tacos are served in double-back corn tortillas). Mollejas Tacos: what are these you ask?? known as Sweetbreads...it has a soft tender pork-like texture, but its beef. Don't worry. It's delicious! They grill it to Perfection with a crispy outer crust! (you can find "sweetbreads" usually braised on a fancy menu in a french bistro) It's a delicate meat. Give it chance. You can have your meal served two ways: Combo: includes 3 tacos (any kind), papas (baked potato), and a drink. Regular: includes 6 tacos (any kind). No papas & drink included. Disclaimer: Its a mom & pop shop operation / hole in the wall. Don't judge this book by its cover either, or you will be seriously letting down your taste-buds and your wallet...prices are low! Yes, its looks a little shady from the outside, but the staff is super friendly, menu is super Simple, and the food speaks for itself. If you come here for lunch, Good Luck finding a table!! Give it shot, it's worth it!!

Bistek and fajita tacos 6 pack plate. Cilantro and onions and lime.

Small little spot for some great tacos. It was a friends recommendation and I was not disappointed. Very quick attentive staff. Menu is small, but perfect for a person like me that is very indecisive. Was greeted with a small cup of beans. They were very, very flavorful. Split some tacos, bistek and fajitas and had to do it right with a Mexican coke. Very good. Swing by if you're in the area. Good food and friendly staff, my kind of spot.

Tacos are tasty. Been there twice, won't go back. Bad attitudes from staff. No service. No forks. No prices on menus.

Okay tacos at cheap prices. Charro beans are on the watery side. A/C was lackluster in the summer heat. Great salsa.

I'm so happy to come back and finally meet the super nice owner who warmly welcomed us and wanted to give us an amazing experience. The service was very fast and accommodating :) We ordered the beef nihari, butter chicken, chicken biryani, and naan. The complimentary chips and salsas/chutneys were given complimentary in the beginning and we loved how spicy some of them were. The owner gave us some extra dip as well! All the main dishes tasted authentic, as if they were made at home with love. I've been craving nihari for a long time and this one was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It was creamy and hearty with the most tender pieces of boneless beef. The butter chicken was very flavorful and rich. The gravy was addicting to eat and that bowl was completely empty at the end of the night. The chicken biryani was great too! Each of the curries came with a bowl of white rice. I'll be coming back again and again and can't recommend this place enough for the best desi food in the valley!

Whenever in "The Valley" I always get my craving for home made flour tortillas! I'm always looking…read morefor a good homey spot. Mom suggested we come to Los Comales and try it for breakfast There was only 1 waitress running around, and looked pretty busy but she still took care of us. She quickly took our order and brought mom a coffee and brought me a huge glass of ice tea because when in Texas that's what you gotta have, sweet ice tea! She also brought us a salsa and toasted flour tortilla chips. Salsa needed a little extra kick so I asked for an order of grilled jalapeños (Chiles toreados). I gotta say, this place is pretty straight forward. A daily special runs for under 6 bucks and it includes coffee. We didn't see what was written on special board because we already had our hearts set on machaca and egg flour tortilla tacos. Machaca is dried shredded beef that's cooked along with the egg. The three taco special with refried beans is 5.89 ish.. under 6 and you can order different kind. I had 2 machaca with egg and 1 potato, chorizo with egg. I also ordered an extra flour tortilla to try my beans. Oh what an awesome surprise, the refried beans tasted like they've been cooked with bacon grease! Nom nom; totally reminded me of home. Everything was so delicious. I'll be definitely be back for lunch, I hear they have some pretty mean mole enchiladas. My bill for the 2 of us was 17.24. That's pretty inexpensive for a home made cooked breakfast. I was very happy with my food and the service. If you're ever down this way, try the taco specials.
