Came here for some last minute munchies and hour before close. Collected a rambling list of requests prior to visiting, and they got every bit of the order correct. Taco Johns potato oles are devine tater tots, and they are amazing with some of their 99 cent melted cheese. It's been years since i've been here, and tried their street tacos, highly recommended. Some reviews for this particular location throw shade on their nachos, but.. they're nachos, you've got a microwave.. make 'em yourself, and let Taco Johns supply you with what they excel at, tacos and potato oles. read more

I was in there around 930 pm Wednesday March 13th to order a free meat and potato burrito with extra sour cream, mild sauce, Pico de Gallo and onions, and refried beans. The guy that made my food was giving attitude the whole time whilst making it. The gentleman on trash duty is the guy that normally makes my burrito and he's done so many times. He gets it right every time! I call him the burrito maestro. This toolbox that maxe it this time didn't even get close to what I ordered. No extra sour cream, barely any in there honestly, no nacho cheese, no Pico de Gallo no onions, and only one single potato ole at one end of the burrito. WHAT A KNOBBER. Too bad this was likely the last time I'm ever going to eat Taco John's. STILL. WHAT A KNOB, MAN. Even though they forgot the sausage on my breakfast ole's and extra nacho cheese, it was fresh and very good. Kinda disappointed I paid for the extras and didn't get it, but the staff is excellent and makes my day every time I visit. read more

This food was TRASH! I NEVER leave reviews but man I needed to this time. The oil for the potato oles was old and needed to be changed weeks ago, they were also burnt. My taco was WET and bland. Huge waste of money. Trash food and absolutely it worth the price at all!!! read more

We got two super nachos today and the chips were really bad, like they have been sitting open for days. Our meal was hard to eat. Also the toppings were very cold, like the meat and the refried beans. This should not be kid friendly. I went in there with family before a sporting event. Manager was very rude talking about customers with coworkers in plain view. Every order was wrong. I was here today through the drive thru. I ordered a loaded nachos not knowing that the promotion for them ended yesterday. I ordered light chicken to go on them. I knew that they didn't normally come with chicken(steak and pork were the two choices that were with the promo) but I've been able to get chicken no problem. My issue with this place is when I got home and looked at my nachos not only were they not the loaded ones, but it had beef and chicken on it. The sad thing is, I should have been told when I was in the drive thru that the nachos I wanted weren't available anymore. And to top that off, that wasn't the first time my order has been messed up this location. What a miserable experience tonight. The supervisor was unresponsive and his mind was elsewhere. My food wasn't cooked all the way and with all the people that showed up after me, waiting for a new order wasn't an option. Then a bunch of rowdy teenagers with a screaming toy baby showed up and didn't even eat there. Shitty management, cold food, and inconsiderate people are not my thing. read more

Again the oles were forgotten and when a cashier turned to talk to the manager, she ignored the cashier. The manager was having a conversation with another working about something outside of work. A different worker went back and interrupted the conversation so we could get our oles. read more

Horrible! It took 15 Mins to get our food! The place is just dirty, the food was disgusting, and I think the food made me sick. Had to go to the hospital twice and they said it was food poisoning. Never coming back, if you come up here go to a different place. read more

This is the worst taco johns I've been to! Service is terrible food is Ehh. If you go to the drive-thru be prepared to spend 10 min or so. Longer if it's during a lunch or dinner rush. As far as Taco John's goes, this is one of the dirtiest ones I've been to. They had six people working there at 5:00 on Saturday and two of them were standing around in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the dining area looked like a taco bomb went off. We found the only table that looked half - way clean. The salsa bar was nearly empty, there was no pico left and it had been that way for a while. We took the last four ketchup packets, and the other condiments were all empty. Completely unacceptable. If I were the owner, I'd be furious with the staff for allowing it to look that way. The only nice thing I can say is that they were polite, but they had nothing to do and should have been cleaning - it wasn't busy. read more
