He took our order and we got our drinks. Everything was clean. Our food came out quickly and was very tasty. Cheapest sausage, cheap fake so-called "Italian sausage." No it is not. Think bulk pork breakfast sausage. The sausage is sadly and suspiciously as bad as Pizza Hut's sausage. Pepperoni was ok, bell peppers were ok, mushrooms from a can tells me the lack of any effort. The crust was as bad as I could imagine, had no flavor, was it trying to compete with cardboard? The chicken wings are chicken nuggets and were ok. Cheese bread was cheap French bread. Service was ok, offered drink refills. But please try listening. I really want to support local businesses but just yuck. Get a clue. Hobnetti's at one point was honest good ingredients. Be honest here and now, the quality of ingredients is not respectable. With this much lack of effort, not a business I would ever recommend. I would rate zero if I could.

I've had consistently bad experiences at this Subway location, and I finally feel the need to share…read moremy frustration. I always order the same simple wrap or flatbread: rotisserie chicken, cheese, mayo, tomatoes, and onions. That's it. Every time, I ask if they can heat the chicken with the cheese on it, and every time it's treated like I'm requesting something outrageous or not allowed. I also prefer the mayo on the chicken instead of on the vegetables, but I've repeatedly been told they "can't do that." So much for "Make It What You Want." Today was more of the same. The employee put just a few onions and four tomato slices on my wrap. When I politely asked for more onions--especially since I only get two veggies total--I was told she was "only allowed to put a limited amount on it." I explained that she barely put any on to begin with, but she still refused. I'm not asking for anything complicated or excessive. I'm just asking for a basic sandwich the way I prefer it. The lack of flexibility, the attitude, and the refusal to make simple adjustments make this one of the most frustrating Subway locations I've ever been to. At this point, I'll continue driving to Princeton or Elk River, where they have absolutely no problem preparing my order exactly as requested. The Zimmerman location could really benefit from better customer service, more flexibility, and a clearer understanding of what "customer choice" actually means.

We saw this place and thought we'd stop in. So glad we did! As someone that doesn't eat meat, I was happy to see a section for vegetarians and I didn't have to order something "without meat". I ordered veggie fajitas. My son said his enchiladas were like his favorite back home and the other ordered a shrimp dish. He had a hard time figuring out how to eat it, LOL, and I'm no help, but he said it was delicious. The servings were very generous and I had another meal out of mine to heat up at home later. I had ordered a "cadillac" margarita with no salt and got a big margarita with salt. The server brought it back and another one was re-made for me. It may have been the owner behind the bar, not sure, but I was appreciative that they made a new drink and didn't pour it out over the salt into a new glass. I never understand why bartenders think that's ok if you don't want salt. He then delivered it to me personally. I'm not sure there was any grand marnier in it, but it was delicious and appreciate the service! I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. They seem to know the regulars, treated us out of towners kindly, and it's very clean! Great food and portions too!

I asked him for an item sans an ingredient (my husband says he's allergic to this ingredient) he was sort of hesitant, to as if he didn't want to make it, when he told me how long it would take but went on and made the item. I grabbed something for myself out of the existing hot food items and it tasted just as hot as if it had just been prepared. Lid sizes for drinks need better labeling so that you can be sure to grab the correct one without touching several. Two out of four icee flavors were out of order but you still have the quintessential blue razz and cherry. The two occasions I stopped here, both times I had to ask for a bag, even with an obvious need for it due to purchasing several items. The first cashier woman was not memorable but the second, the woman was much friendlier and talkative.
