Too keep the sun from Turning your car into a oven. During COVID they separate the tables to practice social distance. Came in at 6pm and it was almost packed. Smells really good when you walk in. I order 2 tacos of pollo , 1 pastor and 1 of bisteck (steak). It took around 10 mins for the order to come out. The portion of the tacos are small (street style), but they are very flavorful. The waiter provides salsas in good portion cups. The salsas are all delicious! The red/orange was my favorite then the green. I didn't get full with 4...but it took the hunger away but I knew I was gonna be more hungry later so I order 2 more , 1 bisteck(asada) with cheese and the other one was pastor with cheese. And bang ! I got stuffed lol . 6 tacos fills you up good! ( I'm 200lbs ) so I guess it takes 6 tacos. But for an average person 4 tacos should do you right. Nothing to complain here all the meats were juicy.. Pastor and asada were 98% MEAT and 2% fat..spit it out a tiny piece of fat but I can't complain , I been to so many Mexican restaurants that serve you hella fat with the meat and it's likes chewing gum..but not here you get quality, price is very reasonable. I would recommended it to anyone that loves tacos !

Want delicious tacos just south of high prices? Come to this spot in Juarez and you will not be…read moredisappointed! The servers are attentive and the manager frequently doubles as the host, ensuring quality service for all. The food comes out hot and fast. The frijoles de la olla (literally beans from the pot in English) are delicious, and have a nice, savory flavor and a little kick (read: spice). The papas (basically baked potatoes) are delicious and can be served with any of the meats they serve on the tacos, I prefer pastor, my spouse prefers bistec, they are ALL delicious on the papas. The pastor (meat on the spit with a pineapple above it) is the real winner here, you can order it "con piña" (with pineapple) that is shaved off the spit at the same time as the meat. Don't forget about the tasty salsa bar where you can pick up all the fixings (onion, cilantro, lime, spicy pickles onions, habanero salsa, green salsa, and anything else you can probably imagine if you've been to a taco shop). We also especially like the "agua de Jamaica" aka hibiscus flower water, and the limonada (like lemonade but less sweet). They also normally have other flavored waters and horchata. We have tried almost all of the items on the menu and EVERYTHING has been good, and we have frequented this place for the past few years and have never been let down. They take dollars and pesos (the bill will come with the total amount listed in pesos and dollars) and credit cards :-)

We came here twice, once to have a steak dinner, then later to have drinks, dessert and watch an NBA game on the big screens. This restaurant offers bar or table seating, has 2 very large screens on either side of the bar which are often showing American sports, and a solid food and drink menu. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and when we asked to watch a specific game, they were happy to find it for us. Cocktails were well-made with some creative presentations, they had small carts that allowed them to make some specialty drinks tableside, and the food was delicious. It's worth noting that when we came here they tended to undercook their steaks a bit vs. the temperature ordered. I asked for mine medium and had to return it to have it cooked a bit longer. My husband had the same experience.

Eat tacos. Sip tequila. Repeat…read more Probably one of the best taco restaurants I've been to in El Paso! I could say so much for you to believe me, and it honestly starts with the speedy (and kind) service, flavorful profiles and the pricing! My first visit I just simply couldn't believe it. Each visit, I try something new and I must say that I'm hooked on the Jamaica Margarita (with the tajin rim), and the pork shoulder taco, as well as the chicken taco! The Baja shrimp taco is also in my top 3! The staff is kind, energetic and will remember you; not just from personal experience but from my observations as well. Service is fast, food is hot and it's a great place to be! There is no wi-fi, but it is a FUN and engaging place for sure! I'd recommend a bar seat if you're lucky Warning: You may leave planning your next visit before you've even paid the bill.

One of the servers, Jonah, threw away my "half-eaten" food without asking if I was finished. I didn't realize that was his decision to make, and when I brought it up, he rolled his eyes and responded with a horrible attitude. On a positive note, Sara behind the bar was fantastic, and Alexis was incredibly kind. They both provided the level of service I've come to expect from Taconeta. I hope management addresses this, because one negative interaction shouldn't overshadow the great staff and food that usually keep me coming back.

This is my most favorite taco food truck in Juarez. Despite…read morethe fact that it's in the middle of a neighborhood and is very small I still love the quality of service and food. Here you will encounter all kinds of people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. From white people, to doctors, lawyers, families, young, old.... It's very diverse. And nice to see how our love for these tacos connects us. But anyway, it gets pretty crowded during the evenings which is hard for you to place an order especially if you're ordering one by one. People are shoving and pushing, and hurrying you up to get your salsa or whatever it is that you're using so they can use it next. Not everyone is that rude, but I have come across some people who can't wait for their turn. Which is why I usually place a full order, get my salsa, and my other needs and walk to free space (sometimes to my car) and peacefully enjoy my meal. Most of the time a group of mariachis or musicians will start playing as you eat or interact with those around you. As far as the tacos go, it's only "tripas". There are 3 cooks, very nice people, one makes them crunchy, the other soft, and the other campechana which is mixed. Napkins are handy, as well as salsa, lemons, salt, pepper, etc. They have a bench or two so you can sit. During winter they have heaters. And they also have a sink to wash your hands and a restroom. Never used the restroom so I wouldn't be able to tell if it's kept clean. Parking is hard to find, it fills up very fast. But as soon as someone leaves I usually run for it before someone arrives but that's just me. Other than that I still love this place. Love to meet new people and listen to good music. This place has been around for many many years. The first time I went was in 2010 but the business has been there since way longer. Moved to California came back and it was improved and of better quality till it occured to me to add it to yelp. So in case you're cruising around and are hungry this is a good interesting stop! :)
