I had a great first experience here. Friendly staff. Seems to have an issue with location location location,however they are next to a busy shopping center and have a parking lot to itself-which could make it ideal! Everything I tried was flavorful and well made. I enjoyed their complimentary chips & salsa. The place was clean & colorful. This is a hole in the wall. The staff were friendly and attentive. You are greeted with fresh chips and salsa. The quesadilla only had chicken and cheese, very light, and not a corn authentic one. I will return yo taste the tacos and other menu options. Overall I give it a 3.5 read more

10/10 everytime This is my absolute favourite resturant. Period. The burrito al pastor and quesabirria are my favourite. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and the food doesnt take all that long to come out given they make EVERYTHING fresh and to-order. They always have good music playing, its a homey kinda place, feels very "small businessy" in a good way. All and all its a very solid 9 or 10/10 and i reccomend everybody trys it at least once its truely THAT good. read more

This was an authentic Mexican restaurant. It's pretty small inside so it couldn't fit large parties but they offer door dash so you could always order the food to be delivered. But the food was delicious! I tried 3 different tacos (shrimp, steak, and carnitas) and they were all good but my favorite was the carnitas. The carnitas were so flavorful. My husband got the birria and he really enjoyed as well. We tried the cheese papusas and next time we will add the carnitas in them. The complimentary chips and salsa were also very good and tasted homemade. My favorite part was the agua fresca! We will be back and I can't wait to try the desserts they offer. I've gotten takeout from here several times because it's the only place with pupusas around here. Usually it's good but the chips we ordered 2 xtra were so burnt that I broke a tooth. They were like solid rock. Really stingy with salsa and pupusa sauce. Asked for extra cabbage to buy and didn't get it. The food was thrown together and it just wasn't worth the cost or drive. It's been difficult to find an authentic Mexican resturant for take-out since moving to Lakeland! But my family and I couldn't be happier to have found TF. Their food is always on-point, from their tacos, to their flavored waters, to their fresh home-cooked style tortillas. You can't go wrong with this place! Great little taqueria off Shepherd Rd in Mulberry. Food was excellent. Had the quesabirrias and a pupusa. The salsa they offer with the chips was something new to me. A bit creamier than the salsas I've had in the past. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody. Staff was very helpful making selections. read more

Nachos without cheese are not Nachos, they lose the magic. I don't recommend this place. If you really want to eat Mexican food. The Nachos supreme is the most horrible with unflavored dry crumble cheese for the best price are the 7-Eleven. The burrito without the flavor of the Mexican food, should open another taqueria nearby that has the green flavor of Mexican food. The most unfortunate thing is that when I gave the criticism so that it would be constructively the duen told me to leave the review if I wanted it (Terrible). I love Mexican food and this is the imitation and experience I've had. New favorite restaurant! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We received our food very quickly and it was the best burrito I have ever eaten in my life. The aguas frescas was fantastic and paired extremely well with the food. We got complimentary chips and salsa (both homemade).
