The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a "take it or leave it" attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I'm not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. That was seriously a game changer of coming to GNC or going somewhere else. So my best advice if you're like me and have always needed/ used supplements to help your lifestyle, or you're embarking on a new journey to become more active and want to make that change by getting some products to help- don't be afraid to ask the people working for advice (they can be really helpful, especially Zack at this location!), and do your research of what you might want, compare prices and sizes so that you can get the best deal possible!

There really are no vegan options in Mulberry or nearby, so this was a perfect addition for enjoying a meal out. It seems like they don't realize how valuable this offering is to the community. I've been multiple times since the opening in April and was shocked when I went two weeks ago for lunch and was served a small side-portion container as my entrée,with a $12 price tag! When I expressed my surprise to the staff, they told me they had reduced the portion size (of this dish only) as they were approaching the formal grand opening. She then mentioned it was now $2 off... but my response was: it's less than half the size and supposed to be a meal. She apologized for not mentioning the change when I ordered. I left and pouted like a toddler after their ice cream fell on the ground. It's sad to see fewer vegan-friendly choices here, especially since Tilaw and King of the Coop offer them at their other locations. I hope they consider adjusting the offering or adding more substantial vegan options in the future. I did bring this up to Depot 303, however they do not have control over the menu and offerings which is understandable.
