Zack, one of the employees at this location was super helpful for us, and he said that if you can provide proof that there is a lower price presented by a different place/ business, they will match that price! That was seriously a game changer of coming to GNC or going somewhere else. So my best advice if you're like me and have always needed/ used supplements to help your lifestyle, or you're embarking on a new journey to become more active and want to make that change by getting some products to help- don't be afraid to ask the people working for advice (they can be really helpful, especially Zack at this location!), and do your research of what you might want, compare prices and sizes so that you can get the best deal possible!

The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a "take it or leave it" attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I'm not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. I'm thrilled that there is self check out because the line can get long because there's usually only 1 staffed register open. There are usually more self checkout lines so that really helps speed up the check out process. Store is well lit and has wide aisles!
