The food is fire here. It's a great taco spot and service is great as well. I've only ate the "carne asada tacos con todo"but I get them every time one day I'll get something else but deiftneky my go to form this place. Food comes out quickly as well. When you get your plate, and it comes with an entree with a side of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, rice and beans..you typically mix it all up, to make the flavors better, but with this place, you forgo the sides, because the entrees steal the show. You don't touch anything but what you ordered, because you don't need anything to help "enhance" it, this is the real deal, no Americanized nonsense, straight forward good Hispanic food. I will be returning here frequently, and it's great to see they are thriving in this economy. My praise to the cooks, they're making art! read more

My favorite thing to order is the fajitas cancun which is fresh and juicy grilled steak, chicken, shrimp with onions and peppers, mini tortillas, refried bean, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. This dish never fails!! I've tried their awesome burrito grande, I've tried the tacos which are always fresh and tasty, good tamales too. Don't expect to get good service ! The waitresses are very rude ! The food isn't bad at all when they aren't out of everything ! The last time we were there they were out of chicken , steak , ground beef and guacamole ! Don't know how they can run a business like this !! They were the only place open on a Sunday afternoon took my family there, the kids meal was the last thing they brought to us after everyone had eaten ! Well....I got kicked out of taco express wauchula today because my son brought in some baconator fries from Wendy's, he didn't want a taco, I was going to order his drink there and me and my mom were going to eat some Mexican. They said we couldn't do that. I could understand if they served fries, but they don't. It's a shame. I liked that place.
