This location previously screwed up my orders on more than one occasion, but it has been awhile, so I decided to give them another try, since they are close to where I live. However, this trip they also made multiple errors. I ordered a discovery box at the drive-thru and one of the items was missing. I also asked for a taco supreme for my wife. When I saw the receipt, I noticed they keyed it as a soft taco supreme. My wife is gluten sensitive, so I asked them if they could change that to a crunchy taco supreme instead. They lied and told me that they filled it with a crunchy taco supreme, which we discovered was not true when we got home. I won't be back to this location. read more

I try to balance out my Yelp reviews to ensure I post the Good, the Bad and the So-So experiences of a Company. This Taco Bell is always on point from the Customer Service to the Food and Timeliness. I try not to eat out often, but every now and then I feel like having some fast food and Taco Bell is usually on the menu when the taco urge arises. This is my Go-To spot and I'll drive past other Taco Bell's in order to go to this one so I can get consistent service. Customer service especially at Fast Food restaurants outside of In-&-Out or Chic-Fil-A has declined drastically with employees having STANK attitudes and overall bad service, so I appreciate Good Customer service and Good Service when I experience it. The place and the decor is pretty much what you will see at any Taco Bell location. There is a lot of variety in the menu and the prices were quite reasonable. At times, even cheap! A couple who ordered before me had their food order come out after mine. Maybe a fluke...? Or maybe the human touch still had its flaws when it came to ordering...? The staff were all attentive to the customers and they had all the counters operating to get all of the customers' orders going. And the time it took for my order to be placed and the time it took to pick up from the counter was really fast. The kitchen staff were cooking with gas... As for the food...it is a Taco Bell so don't expect the taste to be any different from any other Taco Bell around. It's fast...and it's meant to fill. Like others have mentioned, food is as expected at Taco Bell. The workers fulfilled the order correctly and were working very hard. This review is in response to waiting 30min for a mobile order for fast food and then being told by their 'manager' that 'it's going to take as long as it's going to take'. This place is poorly managed. Toilet was non-functional and bathroom was dirty. Only two workers were making food while the other side of the bay had two workers kicking around boxes. Why aren't they making food as well????? Recommendation: PROMOTE MAY or the Hispanic guy to manager- They will be a lot more courteous than the tall Caucasian lady with glasses. Make sure to check your bag. They shorted my order compared to what was on the label. They missed a $7 item and put the order up to hand out and the employee that put the last parts in did not check the order to make sure it was complete. The food was greaser than normal and quality has gone down hill compared to prepandemic experiences. read more

Food quality for all tacos bells has drastically fallen but the food is still decent. This particular taco bell is open 24 hours which is nice. Price for most of their items has gone way up as well and most of the items you end up paying the same if not more that you would for a good mexican restaurant. I usually only get this when there's no other option and i want something similar to mexican food. One of the few good options to get here is the box on the app for only 6$ which is the last offer they got left that's reasonable once that's gone i doubt i'll ever be back here. Rip dollar menu as well they only got a "value" menu which is trash it used to be great and they used to release a lot of great limited time items as well and that's gone for most part now all they release is the same things done in a very slightly different way. read more

Came to Taco Bell for dinner and the food was horrible! Keep in mind, I love Taco Bell, so the fact the food was horrible and I could barely eat it, was super shocking! My bean and cheese burrito was not good , not sure how you mess that up.. the tortilla was super stale , beans were super dry, cheese wasn't melted. Very dissatisfied with there drive thru service. Driving up they had me wait several minutes before taking my order. Then having to repeat what I wanted numerous times for them to hand me the wrong order after specifically telling them what I wanted. Giving them the food back the woman at the window seems like she doesn't know what a taco supreme is, and to give me another back with the wrong order AGAIN. Then upon that I asked for sauce when they finally got it right on the third try and Theres no sauce so I had to walk in upon waiting at the counter before someone actually asked me what I needed, customer service is trash and language barrier in there is trash I will never pay another dollar at that Taco Bell again and I kept my composure and was very understanding and nice but to be honest I'm pissed the fuck off. Don't judge - we were in the midst of a long drive on 80, and we always stop at the nearby exit to pee, eat, get gas, etc. One thing led to another and we ended up here at the drive thru. I wasn't particularly hungry, but it was too warm to leave the beasts in the car, so drive thru it was. It did the job - 2 tacos and a drink for me, cheap and fast. Sad to see a number of homeless folks trying to hide from the sun. I am a sophomore attending River City high school, and right after school I had an idea to scurry to Dollar Tree and get supplies for a card. Now you see, it's important to note that while I sat down Big Sean was playing In my headphones. Right in the middle of E-40's verse in "I Don't F*** With You" I took a bite into my burrito and boom. It was there. Expect wait it wasn't. A big HUNK of onions, DRY beans, and a minniscule amount of red sauce. I remember it all. I religiously go to Taco Bell almost every Sunday and am always impressed but this was my first time at this specific Taco Bell and have never received such amazing service at a fast food restaurant. The man was so warm, friendly, and accommodating - we were even left with a "take care!" as we were pulling away. Our AM crunchwraps were also grilled to perfection and saucier than most TB joints. Had a doctor appointment over here and because I believe in always being early everywhere I go. Lol I have a little bit of time to get something to eat. And Yasss I admit I love me some Taco Bell Mexican pizzas. I thought that all of these places are suppose to cook/taste the same, same recipes I thought. Well let me just say this one here was really Good! It was crispy and the meat wasn't salty, it could have been just a little bit hotter. It was kinda luck warm, but other than that it was perfect. Small and quiet. It's clean and not busy inside, but the drive~ thru is rather busy. The staff is nice. The restroom I think could have been a tad bit cleaner. Paper towels all over he floor. I'm not close sure why the food wasn't hotter, but the taste was find. They are right here on Harbor Blvd before you hit the freeway. With a heavy heart and fast food shout out I must give Taco Bell at both West Sac locations, a big F. I adore the salty bitter green sauce. I adore the mild tongue teaser red sauce. I DO NOT ADORE CHANGE....especially when my wallet is involved. Drive thrus ....I get it, "quick" or we just to dang lazy to walk. BUTT! When a franchise changes is "recipes....." Not cool. The images on the web do not look like what is being served ...huge concern at overhead, cutting corners, and now ppl in fast food demanding 15$ an hour. Taco Bell, I love ya but I'm leaving for ALL THE taco shops around me. Mariscos is my favorite. ...they have the best Chile Rellenos. The only thing about this location that is noteworthy is the exceptionally bad customer service from the management. The older lady who was the manager on 1/18/18 needs to take some courses in customer service. They messed up our order, (which isn't thaaaat big of a deal. Taco Bell is notorious for that), we came back through the drive through and instead of fixing it and making it right, they re-charged us. If we didn't have a car full of starving kids I would have put up even more of a fight. Enjoy your extra few $'s because in the future I will be going out of my way to avoid this location. read more

The costumer service was complete garbage. They forgot two of my items and when I told one of the workers he gave me the wrong freeze and a bag of chips that was half full. I asked him to fix the freeze and for more chips and he straight took the chips put them back and left me hanging and didn't even help me so I had to ask another employee who finally gave me the right stuff. Agree with previous review. Clean, friendly staff, and they NEVER mess up your order. Also cheaper than the new Taco Bell next to Ikea (reed and I80) that seems to have made an olympic sport out of fucking up orders and hiring useless staff. I also like that they will actually give you a decent handful of napkins and hot sauce. I am getting so sick of places where you order a large fry or 10 tacos and they give you like 2 sauces.
